New shoppers, please read this.When you buy clothing from this shop, please make sure that the security tags are removed as the staff never remove this.We really had a hard time, as we didn't check and saw when we reached home in Canada.None of the shops had the facility to remove this tag from Aeropostale.Would not even give a single star.

The young blonde woman/sales assoc.; short stature, at the fitting room was extremely rude. She was taking names and count of the items then putting the information on the door. There were 2 young ladies in front of me. One went into a room the other told me she was going to wait for her friend to come out of that room. When the that sales assoc. came back I said that room is open and this young lady is waiting for her friend. She totally ignored me and ask the lady anyway. I said ma'am I told you she's waiting for her friend. I proceeded to tell her how many items and the name and she didn't even make eye contact and zero customer service skills in thso instance. The world is full of colors Aeropostile shouldn't hire people who aren't use to dealing with that. My money spends everywhere.

The company over all is a amazing company with great merchandise but the employee At the door for monitoring the number of people at this location was very rude and disrespectful the other employees were a delight to be served by but the door monitor was very rude and disrespectful which made my experience horrible
