Rite aid, Grindstone is a very happy place to visit and to shop. The employees make me feel as if I am a family member. Not having a family that becomes very special and important to me. I know them by name, especially my favorite pharmacist, renee. Thank you for being wonderful.

I highly recommend this Riteaid in Grindstone PA for all your needs. If it isn't available, they check with another store for you.

Slowest pharmacy ever..days...They gotta play on computer FOREVER!I waited two days and STIll played on computer. Unacceptable.

Worse Pharmacy around. LONG lines and one issue or another, Every single time. Would not use unless I had NO other choice. 1 example, Just one..Was told over the phone that my script would be ready in 1 hour. I gave them an hour and a half, Go inside, wait in a line with 10 people in front. Get up to the counter.Then im told I have to wait another 20 mins because its not ready yet. So, I come back, Now there is around 15 people in line in front of me. Whole process took nearly 2 hours to get a simple script filled. Never had a smooth experience here. I use belle vernon, I have little to no problems. Total trash pharmacy

Rite aid is By far the best around, I have went to a lot and no not the fastest, but they work with the patients and save me $$, Michael and Hillary always help ??

My fiancee had surgery and they sent her meds to the wrong rite aid. Fine that is understandable. So this rite aid says there is nothing they can do. So we call the one that the hospital sent the prescription to and they said that the grindstone location can just pull it up and move it over. So I have them call the grindstone location to correct the mixup and they did. Grindstone says it will be ready in an hour. So we wait in the parking lot for an hour while my fiancee is in pain due to the surgery. So she goes back inside to pick up her meds after an hour and they say it'll be another 45 mins because they couldn't find the medication in stock. So once again we are waiting in the parking lot for the pharmacy to pull their head out of their behind and do their job correctly.30 mins to fix the bumbled mess of our dr and their incompetence of not knowing how to use their system60 muns for them to tell us they don't know how to organize their medications for them to find.Additional 45 mins for them to fill a bottle full of medication.Grand total of 2 hours and 15 mins waiting on a pain killer to help a woman that gave birth 2 months ago and just came out of surgery.Also this is the pharmacy that we use all the time for her and our 2 boys medications. Not like this is our first time here.So in the end. Yes we just got out. They were down right rude and disrespectful. Just threw her prescription down on the counter, called her name and walked away. No instruction. Couldn't ask her if she understood the medication that was prescribed to her. We will be calling corporate tomorrow about this matter and I hope something is done about this

Immature employee Brandy Zahand is more concerned about her own well-being than the safety of other people. I guess only healthy people are allowed in a pharmacy? Doesn’t sound right to me. You just lost my business forever.

I really like this rite aid location. The clerks who work the front counter are always super friendly and welcoming. Plus the store is super clean compared to other stores in the area and other drug stores in general. The store is a little pricey but if you have a wellness card with a lot of points built up you'll get large discounts on a lot of items.

This Rite Aid in Brownsville is slow the pharmacy is always backed up and packed. There is polite employees in here but they are the slowest Rite Aid ever.

Staff at the Pharmacy are seriously AMAZING!! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my meds!!
