Took my daughter there today just for a case for her phone. There was a lady already being waited on and a lady that came in after her. He took the lady first that came in after her knowing my daughter had to be at work. Very bad for business.

We received excellent customer service. Rep Ana was professional in setting up my new phone and transferring over all my apps and settings. She did this all why tending to several other customers. I was totally impressed with her multitasking and technical knowledge.
