Customer service at this bank (especially the older woman with short hair and glasses) is absolutely horrible. There is no consistency, one teller says they can do something, another says they can't.

I used the ATM dive thru outsde the bank building. I deposited money into my account. Received my receipt and drove to my next errand.

I was a BBVA customer for five years, this bank decided to buy them. I have already been charged a 2.00 fee on my checking account without being told and have tried to cancel my account with PNC three days in a row with a total wait time on hold for four hours sixteen minutes until I just had to hang up. I was told by the girl on the phone who transferred me to the department that could close my account the best way was to go to the bank and do that. Hmm there hours are just so convenient, so on my day off Saturday I have to drive up 15 minutes away and go threw drive threw banking and hope they close this account. I have never liked PNC Bank because of there over priced fee's and threw no fault of my own I got stuck with them.

Tried calling to set up an appointment to see banking options. Called 4 times. On hold 7'-10 minutes each time. Another atomated message came on 2 times. If I knew who I was to talk to, that might have been helpful. Never was able to speak to anyone. Wasted 40 minutes of my day. And they are recommended by my daughter??

Pnc has horrible customer service the management close my account because of having to much money deposited … so I guess they closed my business account… her name is shelby

Four different people have told me I have the overdraft protection. And each week my account goes under, so I call and I’m informed that I’m not. They are taking more money from me after multiple complaints. I will be closing my account with them and going somewhere else. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
