Glenn and his team at Phil Godfrey Ford are wonderful people. I was in the midst of a very stressful situation with my car and related damages after hitting a deer. Glenn and his team were very informative, easy to reach and communicate with and took care of the insurance, rental process etc. They made the entire experience much less stressful. Trustworthy and kind people.

I can’t thank Glenn and the Phil Godfrey team enough for taking care of everything when we hit a deer on our way out of town on vacation. Glenn gave me piece of mind that they would handle everything while we were on vacation and I was able to enjoy our family time and not worry at all! They are amazing, friendly and caring. An absolutely amazing process! After years of being in a bad car situation with Volkswagen, I have finally found my new car home! The team at Phil Godfrey went above and beyond to get me in a beautiful Bronco and made me feel like I was a member of the family there. I cannot give them enough praise! Mike Long , the sales manager took time to make sure the process was smooth and explained everything to me in a way that didn’t make me feel like a number to them. They have a repeat customer in me !!

The body shop repaired our car like new. Glenn helped us to feel safe, especially while we were waiting for our deer damages to be repaired. They were able to help us with a rental through the entire process, and felt more like family than a company that was recommended by our Insurance to fix the car. I would recommend them highly for any future body repair needs.
