I have a 84 diesel jetta, 2 vw caddys, and a 92 golf and get my parts from Hoovler. He has always been courteous and helpful. Fair prices too. I had him quote a price on a repair one time, it was slightly higher than another shop but when he was done the final price actually was lower! Great job!

Had some issues with our car. Brought it in, got a quote of 650$. Ended up calling a mechanic we trust and he said for the issue that we were having, way too expensive.
We brought it to our regular guy, 350$
I also want to mention, hoovler couldn't even find a issue with our overheating problem when I clearly places a piece of tape over it.
Tried to hussle me for more money, when I would have to bring the car back in, for another repair.
Save your time. Don't bother with him.
He also got really snotty with me when I asked him what I was paying him for. Which, I never had a issue, all I did was ask. His tone of voice changed, and he sounded pretty irritated.

Stopped to look at the body of a classic bug. He steered me away from buying it because he felt it would be more than we would be able to handle changing the body over than it would be to buy new parts and replace the rusted ones on my bug. I appreciated his honesty. He could have sold me the body and I would have regretted tackling the restore. Honest used car dealers are hard to come by.
