I don’t review too many things, but when I have a bad remark, I am definitely adding a review. So I traveled up here three days ago from Tennessee and I am leaving in the morning. I’m driving a 15 passenger van with a family vehicle. To be safe and my tire pressure was not running correctly on my back tires so I drove in to this tire shop which mind you had no vehicles that he was working on. So I asked, what I thought was a kind gentleman if he would please check the air pressure in my tires.
Now I’m from the state of Tennessee and born and raised in Kentucky and this is a common courtesy. You know you do the kind things that really don’t cost you anything financially knowing God will bless you for that kindness later!! BUT instead of being kind, this man proceeded to tell me that it would cost me five dollars, which was fine. I told him I would have to put it on my card because I don’t care cash which he proceeded to whine to me about how people don’t carry cash anymore (not my problem) then he proceeded to tell me some sob story about a woman who wanted to not pay for tires, and wanted them for free, which again (was not my problem, nor my situation).
He then proceeded to get his tire gauge and the air pressure valve came outside and handed it to me to check my own tires and put my own air in my tires and walked off. Now I was born and raised on a farm so I’m used to having to take care of my car no problem. Except instead of putting air on the tire it would only take air out ? so the pressure gauge was not working (and yes I know how to use them!) I ended up having to go across the street to the Walmart auto center where there were three men standing there and I said excuse me, is there a way to get my tire pressure checked and all three of them jumped up and was like yeah sure. One of the men said just pull into the last bay.
The gentleman without an attitude proceeded to check all four of my tires and told me to have a good day.
The last comment the man made to me Ciances Tires, instead of have a nice day … it was hey how about not getting any more tattoos?! Really dude that’s the last thing you have to say to me well ?!
I have a comment for you. Stay in Pennsylvania because the women will eat you live in Tennessee because they won’t put up with your narcissistic critical and judge-mental attitude and the men won’t tolerate your, disrespect either !
So if you’re shopping for tires just across the street is a Walmart,. would not put my money or my business at this man’s place because he’s hateful, bitter, and obviously has more issues than just not making money with tires ! Christina

Had some hard to find 14" trailer tires that I have been looking for for over a year at a VERY REASONABLE PRICE..!!!... would definitely recommend them and would go back again..

I wish a negative star rating was possible! We drove all the way from Baltimore and I had a flat. Not familiar with the area, I stopped here to see if it could be fixed. When I pulled in, this place was pretty much empty - no customers, no employees, but the shop was open. I entered the office and spoke with the owner about my situation. He stepped outside with me and said he’s so busy that maybe he can get to it NEXT WEEK! He proceeded to tell me to hurry up and leave his property, he’s “very” busy lol There was not a soul there! I’m not even sure how this man makes money, but I would AVOID THIS BUSINESS LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Horrible experience. Over charged me for fixing a tire then was horribly rude to me saying I wasted his time. And that he wouldn't have done it if he knew I wasn't going to buy new tires from him. That fixing a tire doesn't make him any money.

I called to see if they could look at a tire with a slow leak. The guy that answered the phone was very rude and wasn't the least bit interested in helping me. Literally told me to go to Walmart to get my tire looked at. I recommend that no one go here and to go to Walmart right across the street.

I brought a tire and rim that I needed installed and the owner states he doesn't service what he does sell. He said have Walmart do it as he was walking away and had his back turned. His son is super polite and initially told me he would be able to do it while I waited on his father to come back from somewhere . So I waited just to be told his son had no authority on what gets done in the shop. I personally like to support local business so I didn't go to Walmart first. But this guy doesn't deserve a penny from the Greenville locals.whatever the dad/ owners name is also originally walked up to me chest puffed and flexing. Which I thought weird for such a aged old man. IMO go to Walmart or Greenville tire . Cianci tire and the owner who's built like a GHS cheerleader can kick rocks
