Our salesman Brian was very professional. He was very attentive to our needs. He wasn’t pushy and making a sale wasn’t his first priority. I appreciated the time he took with us I am extremely picky about a recliner. Brian found the one that was fit for me. We will definitely be shopping at Bear’s furniture again and will tell all of our family and friends what a positive experience we had

My search for a mattress only took me to one store,Bears Furniture outlet. Brian was very knowledgeable and pulled up my prior order and was quite helpful. I would purchase from this store again

We have had quite a project that Brian has been helping us with & he has gone above and beyond to get us what would work best! Then when they delivered the furniture.. let me tell you... they have THE BEST delivery guys! I have never seen 2 guys that work so well together, have great personalities and awesome work ethic! They pay close attention to detail and make sure everything is perfect before they leave. So between the great sales help from Brian and the amazing delivery crew of Sam & Nick... Bear's Furniture has it down to a fine art & we couldn't be happier!

We had to purchase a new mattress today and it was so easy and nice. Very pleasant and friendly. If I lived here in PA. Would be buying a lot more furniture here.

Purchased a couch, sat on it 3 times arm is broke, was told, although it is warrantied, I must pay $50 for them to come look at it. It is a piece of junk, salesman, was dishonest during sale, was told he was later let go.

I went to the Bear’s Furniture Outlet in Greenville today, and it was great! Alyssa was super friendly, knowledgable with any questions I had, and made the entire sales process very painless. I will definitely be recommending this store to my friends/family.

Very nice experience for my wife and I. Beautiful store with very nice furniture. Have known the owner for years. Good man, and good business man. But above everything the sales rep who waited on us, Jessica was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Spent much time with us and helped us with our decisions. Highly recommend shopping here. If you like wine, they have that also. Helps with shopping and decision making.
