They have a decent number of stores still, but most places are closed or empty. The layout is much easier to navigate than some other meals I've been to in the area. The hours of operation are much less than they were before opening at 11am and closing at 8pm Monday - Saturday, 11am - 5pm Sunday.

I don't know why nobody likes to visit malls anymore. I personally don't like to order clothes online as I like to try, combine, and buy knowing it fits the first time. Same with shoes. Westmoreland Mall has a variety of stores for my shopping pleasure under one roof, out of the heat, cold or rain. You can always find a sale at one of the numerous shops. It is also clean and they do a nice job hosting Santa and the Easter Bunny. I also feel it's safe for my family and me to be there.
The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is for 2 things.
1) The food court bathrooms need improvements.
2) This one is the biggie. As you are walking into the mall from the food court entrance, you can smell the absolutely horriable smell of the garbage behind the brick wall. It is beyond gross and such a turn off from wanting to by food after walking past that. Seriously, you need to do something about this.
Other than that, I will always support my local mall.

Like most malls these days this one has a lot of empty retail spaces. Food court has a couple nice surprises though.

There was hardly any stores there open. The womens bathroom needed attended to bad.

Not bad. I live by it so it's not that big of a deal to me. It is nice to see a mall surviving the age of Amazon, and junk sites like Temu.

Fun mall with tons of shops ...they have everything you would want but it's not super fancy. They do have Louis Vitton and coach and some high end stores. We switched to verizon from tmobile here and they have both so that was convenient.

Not as clean as in the past, and definitely can see that there are fewer and fewer stores each time we go, which is about 4 times a year.
