If I could give this Walmart negative stars I would. Rude, no help, no isle labels, always moving things, the pickup order folks just walk in front of you even when you are reaching for something, and no more Apple Pay acceptance. You have to download their stupid app.

PLEASE AVOID SAME DAY DELIVERY FROM STORE!
On Monday, I placed an online order, one of the items to be delivered that day. In the afternoon i received an email & app notice that it was on its way, within 7 mins, showing the driver's path on map. I walked down my driveway to receive another notice it was being returned to store, because delivery could not be made..what?? Then, I literally see the Walmart van pass me & my house! Driver looked over & kept driving! Street was clear, house & street clearly marked. Long story short, after calling Gbg store & being given 800 #, i was apologized to & assured my order would be canceled & refunded that night. Two days later, i needed to call again & was told today the refund was never made because the driver never returned the item to the store!
So, not only did this disgrace of a human-being not do his job & make the delivery, he then stole it. How is this ok?
Walmart evidently wasnt concerned because they had their payment from me. They kept making excuses & apologizing for delays, but knew this happened.
It's frankly not necessary to shop at Walmart, when other options are available. It's also very disappointing that a store not appreciate their customers.

Greensburg pa Walmart pick up am a delivery driver and they put 3 orders in truck and didn’t tag anything and there employee was like they just throw me over there and didn’t tag anything mixed it everything my customers were not happy and I called the guy he was like oh well not my fault well not right he missed with my pay and job

Do not use online pick up. My order was cancelled accidentally and the store associate at pick up said the cart was ready but I would have to go through costumer care to reorder it than I could pick it up. I immediately did so and the same associate, Max told customer care that I would have to wait for the next available time slot in 4 hours. Even though my cart was ready and the time I ordered it for hadn’t arrived yet. Max told customer care that all my items had to be returned and re shopped for. The costumer care associate was appalled by this statement, as was I, and she made a complaint to the store manager as did I. When I attempted to call Max back he didn’t answer the phone until I used a different phone. At which time he told me he didn’t use those words exactly but that was the store policy. I cancelled my order and shopped at Giant Eagle and got a better price on all my items and they didn’t treat me like I was a gullible person willing to believe anything someone would tell me. Sorry Max.

My grandmother was getting medicine at the pharmacy and i complimented Laresa on a bracelet she had and she said thank you, and said I could have it she was also vary kind this is why I gave this Walmart a 5 star review

I can’t tell you the amount of times I have found expired food in the isles and meat department. Friday was June 14th and they had chicken Breasts with the date of June 11th . This needs to be addressed immediately.
