Great experience! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Especially Jess who thoroughly explained all the options and pricing without being pushy. Jess and another employee helped select my frames, answered all my questions, and provided excellent customer service!

Lorraine was so patient with me when picking out my frames. I'm very indecisive and she helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. I also got great opinions from Jess, Jeannie, and Sara.
Sara was my technician who pretested me during my exam (my exam was done in Monroevilles location) and she was amazing.everyone at Visionworks at both locations I have been to were phenomenal

The staff was absolutely wonderful very friendly welcoming and caring. The doctor was so kind he explained everything and he listened to what you had to say about your vision which means a lot when you have macular degeneration in one eye. Jess was extremely helpful with the glasses process and went above and beyond to assure I had the best fit. She even replaced the broken screw in my current glasses and lined them up for me so that I could see better out of them. She was upfront about all costs and explained everything as we went through the purchase process. I would highly recommend the Greensburg location

The staff here is always amazing. I brought my glasses in to be adjusted and not only did they get adjusted but new nose pads were put on. Everyone at this store is friendly and helpful and go above and beyond!!

I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Huhn was thorough and friendly, and listened. When it came time to select frames and lenses, Jess could not have been more helpful - and she was not at all pushy. The finished glasses were promised within 2 weeks, but I got a notification to say that the first pair was ready for pickup in 2 business days. We are relatively new to the area, but I'm happy to not have to shop around to find the right optician - I already found him.

Jess couldn't have been more helpful. I stopped in to look at frames and she helped me find the perfect ones. Then she got me in for an appointment without waiting long. I couldn't be more happy with the service Jess provided. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, as well as helpful.

Awesome service,getting replacement glasses,lens included simple took peek at Crack in lens was done in bout less 5 min...whole family goes to vision works Greensburg.
