I was treated poorly by the revolving-door staff. I purchased a new phone, and unfortunately it broke, just the screen, a day after. The staff was less-than helpful, only giving me an option of paying off (expensive) the phone instead of offering me any other alternatives, such as the chance to buy insurance at the time of the phone purchase. I went to a mom-and-pop phone repair store, and they agreed to fix my phone screen for way less and faster. The staff was beyond rude and less than understanding. I am very disappointed in Verizon as a whole.

Gave me many opportunities to save money on the new phone I just got my wife. For that I say THANK YOU!!!! All said and done got the top of the line folding phone and a watch and not a new customer or new line of service and they did us well. With everything Bill only went up 42 dollars a month. The phone is normally 50 a month on its own.

Horrible customer service, they never answer the phones, take your money somewhere else. I only gave 1 star because i coulndnt give zero !
I have never seen a place where the customer support sucks this bad.

Very very full. They don’t acknowledge you at all for like 30 minutes then they walk back and forth to the back room and between customers it’s very frustrating. I won’t be back to this store!

Over my holiday break from school I went to this Verizon store to trade-in my old iPhone and upgrade to the new iPhone because my plan was ready for a trade-in. I would personally say I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had in this store, I have never felt emotions that was so awful and made me so aggravated. Simply put Verizon offers a service to "set-up" your new phone and it cost $29. When I went to Verizon I wanted the employee to help transfer my phone number from my old phone to the new phone and I could set up and transfer data myself. The employee did not explain to me that the $29 was for him to transfer the data and not for him to transfer my phone number. So before we started I paid the $29 and then he started the process of transferring phone numbers. He then took my new phone in the back which really upset me and frustrated me because I had just purchased and paid for this new phone and he is taking it in the back without even telling me what he was going to do with it. About 20 minutes later he comes back and is like okay I switched the numbers now let's start the data transfer I was like no I can do that myself he then gives me my new phone back and says that is what the $29 was for and I asked for a refund and he said they do not give refunds for phone set ups. I felt very angry and upset, and confused as to why he would let me pay for something without clarifying what I was paying for. I was feeling scammed, taken advantage of just to get me to spend more money, and then when I addressed the issue I felt he was not listening to me and I felt unheard.

this is the best Verizon store in the area, the other ones are hitting miss and they’ll pull cards and cause you hassle or just not help you at all. The staff at this one gets involved.

Waited for over an hour, while being told we were next. Meanwhile more than 3 other groups were served. Terrible service. We left without any assistance.

We waited for an hour and a half and were never seen. We were told someone would be right with us after an hour and ten minutes but 20 minutes later that still never happened and we walked out. We couldn't wait any longer. The entire time we waited the sales people were with the same customers that they were with when we got there. Waiting next to one of them it sounded like an hour and a half conversation of how to use a smart phone. I've been a Verizon customer for as long as I can remember and I just might switch after this.

Visited Verizon today and upgraded two phones to an iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro. We were extremely fortunate to have Leah help us with the purchase and set up. Getting a new phone isn’t always a fun thing to do but I highly recommend Leah if you visit this location. Leah is so friendly and upbeat, making the process not only painless but actually enjoyably.
