I took my daughter there for the first time on Pokémon day and she had a really good time. They have a great selection of products and we love all the single cards they have. This is my new favorite store to buy Pokémon and the staff are very helpful. My daughter can’t wait to come back. It is really a great environment for people of all ages.

The selection they have is amazing. The service however, not so good. If you don't go when the girl are in a good mood or you don't go when Stu is there, more than likely you will wait an hour to be waited on because they are having personal conversations with people or you will get impatient and leave. I've left on multiple accounts because I got tired of waiting for them to wait on customers and stop having personal conversations. Honestly you have a better guarantee buying online somewhere else.

Seems very popular for the Pokemon crowd. However inconsistent times and groups for magic draft. (Players were more competitive than other places. I.e. not great for new/casual players). Unless you have a group already, I recommend elsewhere to draft magic.

I actually go there for game night. You can call them and ask for more details of you are interested. They have the game night for board games as well as card tournaments. I go there because it is good for a distraction. The people are nice and you'll meet new people and probably make friends with everyone there. I recommend giving it a try and see. I think you will enjoy it.

I stopped into The Vault about a week ago to see what the hype was about. It is a great store, clean, a very nice selection and the employees are very educational. However, I believe they were doing inventory that day, and it seemed very cluttered and claustrophobic, with items and boxes on the counters. Will be back for nerdding out again.

New Rich owner is a duche and doesn't like when some one talks back to them so instead makes horrible claims like what they are saying under this review. My group of ten was going there years before he got there with 0 issues until Stu bought his way in as owner. Can't speak for the new staff but the old ones was amazing and either quite or let go because of him.

The staff is amazing and they have a great collection of TCG products. They have weekly MTG and PTCG events (I don’t play magic so keep that in mind). They don’t have sports cards, however there are plenty of other local card shops that do. They have a solid selection of raw cards and bulk as well, which is perfect for any last minute decks you need to build. If you’re getting ready for league challenge and need some help finding a deck to build, just talk to the staff and they’ll help. The people playing are great as well, which is a massive plus if you need to trade.

Staff was not very helpful, as it was my first time in the store, I needed some guidance as to how things work but staff were too preoccupied to fully answer my questions and were very quick to continue what they were doing. Not very helpful at all. Very disappointed.

By far one of the best stores to play Pokemon in the area, I've been playing here since 2019 and every time I've been there I've had an incredible experience. The staff is wonderful and everyone there is so welcoming and nice. If you want to get into playing Pokemon then this is the place to come to :)

Best hobby shop. Very well managed. The staff is helpful and friendly. Best deals on singles both selling and buying. Plenty of events throughout the week. I always leave feeling confident that I’ll return.

Every time I come here for a Pokémon League when I’m in town, all of the staff have been lovely to talk to and very efficient in running their tournaments. With their new size, I cannot think of a better place to play a TCG or other games nearby.
