Worst costumer service I have ever experienced! I would never imagine anyone being able speak to a customer so rudely! Definitely will be avoiding all UPS in the future! Still did not get my package after all of this trouble

If you need something notarized and have a disability, do not go here because they discriminate against ppl with special needs. called in advance to explain what I needed notarized: a power of attorney for my son who is non-verbal and 18. The store manager seemed so great and said he or another notary in the store would do it, no problem, etc etc. He said many things about power of attorneys and the notary process, actually. He even said his store considers us friends and family so they will provide the needed witnesses. We arrived the next day and the notary refused to help us. I asked for the manager, the other notary, and the guy said he was right there and already knows about it. He never even looked at the poa, they had obviously discussed it before our arrival because i didn’t get my first sentence out before he cut me off and told me that they can’t give legal advice but RECOMMENDS that I have it done with a social worker. He said it was because in case anything legal ever arises, the notary would need to be able to say that my son understood what he was signing and the fact that he is non-verbal is all the more reason why they RECOMMEND doing it with a social worker? Which, I’m not sure what they mean: social workers are not notaries and we don’t know a social worker? I need that poa for the recertification for our apartment complex. It is stsndard and necessary for my son to have because I am his mother, sole caretaker/provider, etc. And now I’ve wasted time and quite frankly was made to feel like sone kind of criminal while my son was labeled as not having any comprehension skills just because he is non-verbal. It was degrading and humiliating and I will be reaching out to a lawyer to discuss this. Shouldn’t the notary school be addressing ada issues? It’s not up to the notary to determine who does and does not UNDERSTAND every word of everything ppl need notarized. And it’s CERTAINLY not up to a notary to assume my son DOESN’T understand. A notary’s job is to stamp a paper, not become a medical psychiatrist and quiz everyone who comes in.

I always use the UPS store and the clerk there was amazing, friendly and efficient.
This has nothing to do with the store but the delivery. See image

EVERY SINGLE TIME that I come to the Greensburg store, EVERYONE is awesome there!! Helpful and friendly and willing to go above and beyond! Several times I knew I was going to be 1 minute past closing and they were waiting for me when I got there after I called and asked if they were closing soon and so nice about it! Tonight, it happened again; this time with Mark and Isaac. Very nice guys!!!

Tried to call and get assistance on a package as I could not get through the automated 800 number to speak to an agent. The girl was very rude, spoke over me, was not listening to the actual problem. Saying they have nothing to do with the drivers and eventually when I told the girl she was rude by speaking over me, she hung up on me.

So I’m sitting at the store at 4 on a Saturday. Google and the ups website say open til 5 on Saturday. Last day to return an Amazon package, so I’m out 20 bucks because apparently you guys make your own hours on the fly at your own convenience??? Not happy with ups or this location what’s so ever.

On a recent Saturday, I found the two young men that were working here very unfriendly and unwelcoming,. I needed assistance with a copy machine. It was obvious they didn’t like that and they had no problem showing me that I was a bother. Nothing but a bad attitude was given to me. No hello, no goodbye, no thank you. Give me the money and get the hell out right guys?

Cell service was down today with verizon att and most carriers due to hackers. UPS Store has a sign on counter on legal size paper stating if you don’t have your amazon code ready you will have to go to the end of the line. I opened wifi settings and guest network was listed. They told me the password and that it was taped to the counter on a 5x7 sheet of paper rudely. It didn’t work and I let them know. Then they said, capital S and that the information was on the counter. Why not put the information on a legal size sheet of paper so they can avoid offering rude customer service. Common sense is anything but common.
