Isaac, Nina, and Sydnee are absolutely incredible…. So patient and kind with my returns…. They all literally brighten bad days…. People I know laugh bc I say oh I love my UPS people! And they are amazing, they work really hard and fast …. Never shame me for my shameful sliding into the store close to closing. I’ve gotten to know them and they are like friends. Every experience is a 100/5 stars! I’m sorry it’s taken me so long to get this review up! But they are so kind and wonderful….. I work with the public … and know it’s not easy … and I sososo appreciate their kindness, patience , humor, and hard work !!!! They are legit gems! I would be too nervous to have so many returns with anyone , anywhere else. A zillion thanks and tons of appreciation to them! :-)
* I saw another review and totally agree that the other customer said they oddly enjoy coming here! They talk to me about work and relate to stresses of nurses… Isaac’s mom being a nurse and Nina like can tell when I’m stressed…. She’s like a lil mini therapy session. People aren’t so kind and considerate as they are anymore…. It’s such a pleasure and again I appreciate them so much!

This is the only store that I will go to, on E. Pittsburgh St. in Greensburg! The entire staff is incredible! Walking me through my options I messed up a label at one point and they were so kind and generous to explain everything to me so I would spend a bajillion dollars on shipping! Nina especially noticed I was very pregnant and even asked me about our baby and was just so personal!! I weirdly love going here!

Tanisha was rude, and told me that I had to pay 4$ to print out a prepaid label when I never had to before. She told me they always did that but every time I came here before I never had to pay $4 to print out a prepaid . I am not happy with this I don’t appreciate the way she talked to me she could have been nicer, and I have been selling Mercari for a while and never had to pay for me to show barcode that i would give to scan. And they are trying to make me pay $4 and I never ever had to before
