Yes I do but not happy, I need a 44-gallon rubber trash can, there was about 10-cans on the shelf but there are no lids to go with the cans , I asked for service about why there is no lids , could not get a answer.

Asked a question about a poorly marked insulAtion product and was told they would get someone to help me. Waited for 20min for help that never came. I then went to the tile dept. to purchase tile and while I'm loading the cart they tell me I need to move so they can bring the forklift through, it would be 10 minutes. Finally I check out after spending $1500 in the store I asked for help loading full sheets of drywall into my truck. Waited 15 min, no show. Went inside and asked to speak to a manager and waited another 10 minutes for a no show. Absolutely piss poor customer service from bottom to top. Most of my business expense is Home Depot purchases. I'm disgusted and disappointed that I ever gave this store a dollar. I think I'll be using Lowe's from now on.

We ordered a new refrigerator on Dec 10th. delivery was supposed to be the 13th. Then they changed delivery to the 27th. Today they brought the wrong fridge it is way too big. Now they are telling us we cant get the right one till the 3rd of January!!! Maybe it's just me but this is ridiculous. We will NEVER do any business with home depot.

My 2 year old $3500 LG fridge died six weeks ago, and Home Depot has either been unable or unwilling to get it fixed, despite (or more likely, because) of the extended warranty. I just get shuffled around, yelled at on the phone by "service" providers, and end up waiting from promised return calls that don't come. I'm through. I went to small claims court this morning and filed against Home Depot and Asurion for the price of the fridge and the "protection" plan. NEVER BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM HOME DEPOT, AND NEVER, EVER WASTE THE MONEY FOR AN "EXTENDED WARRANTY. See you in court.

Terrible service. Just over 3 years ago, we purchased quartz countertop and undermount sink as well as installation from the Home Depo in Greensburg. Friday morning, the undermount sink fell down into the cabinet below, flooding the cabinet and overhang behind the house. As soon as the water had been shut off, I called the Home Depo where we had made our nearly $10K purchase of countertop and undermount sink and installation. Bathrooms in this Home Depot are on the far right hand side of the store, past the lumber, rather than at the back like most locations. They weren't particularly clean either. Other than that, it's a typical home Depot experience, including the high-pressure 3rd party salesman trying to sell split-system heat pumps, who didn't listen after I told him I was renting and not interested. The Home Depot employees themselves we're friendly and helpful though.

I had a carpet installation completely messed up by their sub contractor and today is day number two that my appliances did not show up without prior notice . Twice in one week!!!! Their subcontractors are horrible! Then there was a rip in our carpet and the rep at greensburg told me we do not cover steps and can't help you until January. The carpet people called and fixed in three days and said they incorrectly placed the seam in the step at the top. I have to be persistent
