Over priced service center not willing to inspect collision monitors and reset dashboard alert after minor collision with deer, which I repaired myself, clipped back in front valance. Was told to go to collision center or set up another appointment for $175.

My appointment was for 12:30, I was taken right away. My Rav 4 was done by 1:00. I received updates via text. Jacob notified me as soon as my work was complete.

They were great when the car was new and under warranty. Now it’s nearly impossible to get a service appointment. I’ve called twice in two days and had to leave messages in the middle of the workday with no call backs. Pretty obvious how this works.
