They gave me regular updates on the vehicle status and responded to my questions immediately. I was picked up from the airport and in and out of the dealer in less than an hour. Baffled by my negative experience at Toyota of Greensburg. After several emails and an in-depth phone conversation, a salesman informed me that he had just what I wanted on the lot. I offered to come that same evening at 2:37 on a Friday, however he suggested Saturday would be better due to the dealership closing at 5pm (I was only 30 minutes away). I arrived at my scheduled time the very next day, waited a little longer than expected too, which was not a problem at all. Was shown the vehicle, went over paperwork and prices only to find out that the car was sold minutes before showing it to me. I signed up for the text alerts and responded to confirm my appointment. I thought I was doing everything the correct way.The salesman literally looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. As if the experience was not bad enough, I was then approached by an extremely rude, ill mannered manager, Marina Stefano. Marina actually rolled her eyes at me as she sat down, flipped her hair and introduced herself as the manager all while leering at me from across the table. She then proceeded to tell me "it's a car business, first come, first serve". I explained that I had an appointment, and was willing to come at any time. I completed all of the steps that Toyota of Greensburg expected of me, responded to emails, spoke with a dealer, confirmed my appointment, and arrived before my scheduled time; however Toyota of Greensburg did nothing to follow up on what they offered me. I asked if they would be willing to search the system for a vehicle that met my expectations and Ms. Stefano responded with, "Not on a Saturday, I do that on Monday." I think my mouth hit the floor. I understand that it is a business and they are there to make money and sell cars but the lack of empathy and flat out rudeness of the manager was totally unacceptable. Shame on you, Toyota of Greensburg, you just lost a paying customer. If you are looking for a Toyota I strongly recommended #1Cochran in North Huntingdon. Two hours laters without an appointment, they surpassed my expectations. Only 13 miles down the road, check them out.

This car dealership was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced trying to lease a car. Neither the GM or Maria, the finance person didn't even have the courtesy to put on a mask sitting across from us. Marina, the sales manager, last minute went back on the deal we negotiated earlier in the week, and threw in a few dirty looks as she lied and threw the papers across the table. Do yourself a favor, and don't waste your time here.

Sold me a truck just 4 years and 35k miles ago for top dollar that I am still paying off and it rusted in half and is completely underivable. This is on a vehicle I still owe on. Clearly their mechanics are extremely incompetent to let such trash pass through there along with the salesmen being sleazy and deceptive for pushing the same trash. STAY AWAY!!

My service associate was a scam artist that just fed me what he thought i wanted to hear. His boss was completely non-existent, disrespectful, he almost hung up on me. There was no attempt to satisfy the customer at all. They kept on coming up with more problems then what was actually wrong. I spent 4K$ the first time, drove it for two days just to have to get it towed back in. So they can tell me they "refuse to take care of the problem cause it wasn't their fault." Also adding he'll take me to the magistrate. They made it very apparently how much not only don't care for their customers, they made it very clear they are not in the business of helping their military members or veterans. WHAT AN OVERPRICED JOKE, GREENSBURG TOYOTA IS!

No pressure and a very well put together Dealership. Picked up my Rav4 Hybrid XSE on Saturday and the process was Quick, Easy and Painless. The internet sales team was very patient with my 4 months of being undecided on what exactly I wanted. I'll return again for another New Vehicle

Drove my 2008 Sienna van off the showroom floor, Feb 2020 with about 45,000 miles on it, the left front wheel fell off. Van towed to Toyota of Greensburg, was advised of the needed repairs and est. of cost, I stated I'm approved for their 10% veteran discount and was told by the service dept. mgr. we'll take care of that on the bill. Van repaired and bill was presented, with out my veteran's discount, I requested the 10% off and the service manager stated, instead of the discount I lowered the labor hours from 16 to 10, he also stated that's better than the amount for a veteran's discount of only 10%. After I returned home driving the van (worked OK, nothing fell off) I did the math on my bill, the labor charge was $1,986.95. I truly believe this auto repair service manager did not honor there so called veterans discount policy, plus I was charged $200.00 an hour for labor. I send a letter to the owner of the dealership stating these facts and as of today 11 days later nothing was returned. This might be a decent sales firm, but their service cost is out of this world, never have this dealer do service for you, period !!! R Ebitz Greensburg Pa

From start to finish the experience was seamless and actually enjoyable. Brian Moore the general manager greeted me and made me feel welcome from the second I walked in, Maria Who did the paperwork was amazing and clearly explained everything and lastly Marina who delivered the vehicle to me get a great job of explaining everything and getting me on the road quickly. I would strongly recommend Toyota Greensburg to anyone anytime.

I had a bad experience years ago at this dealership. I decided to give them a second chance as I had a recall notice on my vehicle, and it is the closest Toyota dealer to my home. I think there is all new management from when I was last there nearly 10 years ago. The customer service was much better. I was treated well from start to finish with this service experience. I am glad I gave them a second chance and thought I would share this so other customers know there has been a great improvement here.
