This shop is Notorious for closing early. I literally just stopped at the mall at 7:00 to grab a couple cigars and they already had the doors closed. It closes at 8:00pm. The poor excuse for an employee actually ducked down behind the counter. Don't spend your money here. Order online from Holts!

Bought a torch that stopped working the next day. Called and was told they don’t do returns. I would have to return to website of company. Website of company for Zico lighters had zero contact information. If you click contact the website tells you to make an account. You are unable to make an account and the website says it is not secure? I’m out 23 bucks because the store won’t take a return on a faulty product within 24 hours? I won’t be back to browse with this experience with this location now.

I learned about this shop from a cigar blog that I had read. I read the reviews that some people had posted, and I found them to be quite negative. However, I placed an order through Jim, and I have to say that I have never had a more pleasurable experience with anyone. Jim was helpful, Pleasant to deal with, and most importantly, delivered on the product. He has the absolute best price for Padron that I have been able to find. When you couple that was such an enjoyable, ordering experience, I don’t even bother going anywhere else for my purchases. Wonderful place to buy patron.

How dare you speak to my wife, who would have likely bought your absurdly over-priced tins of pipe tobacco, so rudely. Rarely say this, but sometimes brick and mortars need to go away. Buy online and save yourself a stack of cash. I only bought here to try and support local, but I’m not going to be insulted for helping a dying business.

Insulted my wife for checking out tins and looking for something older for a Christmas present. Literally the only reason, other than charity, to go to a tobacco shop, browsing items, is met with rudeness. I have had generally ok interactions with the owner here, but knew from reviews he was irascible. Draw the line here with how he treats women. If you want to be harassed or just generally have an uncomfortable shopping experience, come pay $25 dollars for a 12$ tin or Escudo at Tobacco Village in the Westmoreland mall. Seriously though, not name dropping, check out Reddit or something and find a reliable site to order from. Shipping sucks, but if you stockpile discretionary cash, make a $100 order and stock up on your favorites. Perhaps something new, or some special drop. Either way, these are not the droids you are looking for. Let's this place fade with the last vestiges of the 80's and 90's.

Place is terrible I bought a cigar cutter and when I opened the box the blade had a nick in it and they wouldn't take it back or do anything for me about it. It ruined my new cigar that I just bought there.

What a joke. This place is run by the biggest ding dongs I've ever seen. When I asked if they had disposables the guy said you can "dispose deez nuts". I shook my head and asked about "Cuban seed" cigars. They looked at me like I ran over their dog and said that those are illegal. What a bunch of idiots. I ended up getting the Cuban seed ones that they obviously had no clue was even in there. Next time learn your products and act professional !

DONT GO DURING THE DAY!!! Old man charges whatever he wants for disposables. Ripped me and other people I know off a few times. Receipts are vague and don't show and item total or anything just a total price so there's really nothing you can do.

If you are there to buy pipes from his " head shop" line of items, don't bother asking about anything. To quote the owner when I asked about a tinned tobacco, " I don't have time for this" and he went back to counting crack pipes. Very unprofessional.

I waited outside the store for my husband for more than 30 minutes because the girl working there would rather chat with friends than do her job and sell anything. He and at least 2 other customers left the store without buying anything.
