My mother hit a deer a few weeks ago. The vehicle was still drivable just needed some body work. Once they began working on the car they found something wrong with the frame. So in total the car was in their possession for TEN days. When my mother went to pick up her car, and yes she reset her trip prior to dropping it off, she found an additional 50+ miles added to the vehicle. Then they tried to say that had driven it that much to check the alignment. I’ve had alignments done and total miles put on the car were maybe 3. On top of that she had a winning scratch off lottery ticket in her glove box she bought as she was leaving Florida. She had planned to cash it once she gets back home to florida, hence why it was in the glove box. When she opened her glove box to check it the lottery ticket was gone. Nothing but excuses from them “oh our guys wouldn’t do that”
In addition I was rear ended a couple of years ago and had back end damage. None to my fenders or wheel well. When I picked my car up I too found additional mileage on my car and a brand new dent that was not there when I took it in. They tried to say it wasn’t from the accident and I had hit something else, which I had not. So they put a dent in my car. It truly is a shame how downhill this place has gone and their customer service.

Very thankful that my State Farm office recommended this shop (from their own experience on their personal vehicles). I was in a car accident on 3/21 and I had my jeep transferred to the collision shoppe. Unfortunately it was declared a total loss. I had a lot of insurance battles to go though and everyone at the collision shoppe was very helpful. From the ladies that answer the phone to Ron D in the back was very helpful in getting me though the process. I would most definitely recommended them for any repairs.
