Needed a new key fob for my Nissan rogue. Given a very expensive price for a new one when all along it was on sale on Delaney Nissan parts. Luckily I found this out. When I told them at service this they told me I had to purchase it on the web site before they would give me that price. I thought the whole thing was ridiculous and it wasn’t a pleasant service experience for me. The only nice thing was that they washed my car.

Horrible. Full of lies about items needed. Claimed I needed a battery and terminal. Went to 2 other places for second and third opinion. It was a total lie.Outrageous prices. Not even worth the "free inspection.". Wish I could give LESS than 1 star.

Derrick was great to deal with. No pressure, very knowledgeable and followed up on actions. The rest of the team made the purchase a nice change from what we were used too. And the process was surprisingly smooth.

I asked that my car be checked over for a upcoming road trip plus an oil change A thorough going over was done and repairs recommended and completed in a timely manner to insure my traveling safety. Its always a pleasure to deal with the staff. They are all so friendly and helpful.

My service went well, just under two hours in and out, the cost however was double what was originally quoted by phone. But they did what needed done.My major complaint is this review scam. After two text messages and 4 email from the dealership on how my experience was. I normally don't leave feedback unless it's negative, to warn others.Service is good, just don't give them ur phone number or email. I surprised I haven't received anything in the mail yet, but not sure if I gave them my address. Guess I'll wait n see.

We worked with Derrick Thompson to buy my new Volvo and he was incredibly helpful. He is so knowledgeable about the field and truly exudes love for his job and the people he works with. You can tell he is in the field to help people get into the best vehicle for them, not just to make a sale. I enjoyed my purchase (lease) with the guys there. Cory was very helpful and knowledgeable, I also dealt with Patsy Dorazio who made the time spent both fun and entertaining. The only thing I would say to better the experience is to relocate the f and i office thereby eliminating the dark tricky walk down to the office, I understand your company has made tremendous improvements to your store and I apologize for pointing out anything negative because it really was a great experience....
