If I could put 0 stars I would. This place is an absolute joke, there’s no communication so one person says one thing when the next says another thing. I’m also wondering if these people actually went to school or if they were just hired simply because they’re a breathing human being. I do NOT recommend this dealership id rather drive to another state to get my car fixed.

When inquiring about possible options for management of my newly deceased father's vehicle lease, no condolences were offered, my concern was dealt with on the showroom floor rather than at a desk or in an office, and the gentleman (I'm guessing a manager) simply sat in his office and projected his advice from behind his desk, which was at least 4 desks back. I didn't feel like I was important, I didn't feel like there was any care given, and my information wasn't even evaluated for further options. Upon reaching out to GM Corporate, I was notified that they could have managed my concerns on the spot. Needless to say, I'm frustrated. Bless their hearts.

My car had sat in another shop for 4 days and no progress was made on a bad alternator (which I believe is because the shop did not want to deal with my warranty company as they never filed a claim). I called a dealership that was closer to my house and they stated they do not deal with my warranty company, so I would have to pay out of pocket and try to get reimbursed. I called Delaney Chevrolet of Greensburg and they had no problems scheduling me the next day and dealt with my warranty with no issues. The car was finished the next day in a matter of a few hours. I had a pleasant, problem-free experience with Delaney Chevrolet from the minute I called them.

My 2022 2500 Duramax work truck with 8 ft service body and ladder rack. It's the hart of our company. It has been in the shop for 1 and a half months now. Still no fix date in site, If your looking to spend $80,000 on a pices of junk then spend it on a chevy. I'm going with Ram from here on out. Chevrolet has done nothing, but gotten us a retail truck 1500 with a 5 foot bed. That's great if I just went to the office but I don't.I NEED A DIESEL FOR TOWING, THING DAILEY, AND CARRING ALL THE TOOLS TO THE JOB SITE!!!WAY TO GO GMC

I would drive an hour to come back to this Chevrolet dealer. The level of quality in the customer service area is over the top. It's hard to find friendly and helpful service now a days but these people were truly impressive...even my 13 year old son commented on how nice everyone was. Comfortable waiting room. Definitely will recommend to everyone.

The technician found damage to the boot on the upper control arm. He also found a bolt on the suspension which was extremely loose and about to come out which caused the damage to the control arm. He thought that it might have been done on purpose. The problem is the only people who touch the vehicle are you guys and it was just inspected two months ago. I hope no one from your service department would do such a thing, but I don't see how this bolt could have come loose by itself. The service from Nissan has always been great. Have used them for about ten years and never had a problem, which is why I still gave them 4 stars. I usually give them 5.

I love the Delaney Service Dept. However this visit I think that I was not treated fairly. I felt like it was about the money and not the service. The girl when I came in asked what was going on so I told her some things that had happened to the truck on my journey. I believe that the service team never really looked into the actual problem. All they did was take what I told them and did a repair that never fixed the problem. After the did the first repair and charged me over $380.00 then they found the actual problem which they did under the warranty. I don't believe that the first thing they fixed ever needed fixed at all but when they fixed it and the problem was still there then they had to dig deeper. Every time I go to Delaney they always fix the problem. This time was the only situation that I ever had with them. I would continue to go there, I would just not share any information with them and just let them find the problem because they will find it and fix it.

I arrived early and got in. They helped choose the best coupon for the work and washed the truck afterwards. Nicole even looked up prices on some parts I am interested in, while we waited.

Previously Had three great prior experiences,But that is all wrecked. Customer service lied to my wife, then admitted that they took a shiny new 2023 vehicle over my older car, even though I had an appointment, and dropped it off the night before. They called, and said my car will take a couple more days even though they scheduled the meeting due to my car was awaiting parts. The new vehicle took ahead of mine had more extensive repair than initially thought. When my wife got involved questioning why this was taking so long, and the truth came out, as previously explained, the customer service hung up on my wife due to she did not know how to handle customers, even though they caused the issue. I'm active military, and when I go away for training, I don't wana to get a call that my wife being taken advantage of by some company disrespecting her. When I get back from my military training, I will be going to see the owner.

What a great place. I dont think I will buy a car anywhere else. The collision center is top notch. The staff there are incredible. Had my 2022 camaro ss there after if was vandalized and best experience I have ever had at a dealer. Thanks delaney.
