Very helpful people here. I had to sell a car and they gave me a fair price.

I haven't trusted a garage or mechanic for a long time! But i am happy to say that here i do for now. Which is a big deal for me. They didn't overcharge or say anything was wrong to get money out of me. Everyone was friendly and helpful also. Give them a shot, im glad i did. Bcz i almost didn't go that day.

First of all let me say I was not planning on buying a car yesterday. I was looking and researching for a Honda Accord or Civic. But then a 2018 Nissan Altima popped up on my screen. So, I added this to my list and did a ton of researching on these makes. When I looked at the Hondas, No one would come down to my monthly payments. That is til we walked into Delanely of Greensburg. I was in alot of back pain when I got there. Couldn't even sit down for more than 5 min. I took this car for a ride and the heated seats hugged my back so nicely. Lumber support was hitting me in the right spot. When driving he had me drive on some rough roads. Which I liked. I couldn't feel the holes in the road at all. And we went a nice distance. So, I said let's talk numbers. I went slightly above what I was paying. But I knew the ride home would be the test for sure. I bought it and said alittle prayer on the way home. When we finally got home, my back stopped hurting. And I got to move without any pain that night. I didn't even have to take pain relievers. Thank you Derrick Thompson at Delaney of Greensburg. I am very pleased with my new to me car.

The most uncaring company ever! I drive a used 2013 Altima and noticed my passenger side light is significantly dimmer than the driver's side. Thinking it was my bulb going out, I purchased a new bulb and manager John Adams "assisted" me in getting it "fixed." He informed me that there was no change in the brightness of my headlight after replacing the bulb. He then told me of the Suarez v. Nissan North America, Inc. lawsuit that was going on. I waited until receiving the settlement letter in the mail and filed that I was having the issue. Please keep in mind that the headlight has progressively gotten worse since Nissan informed the dealership of my problem in December 2021. As the letter stated, I waited until March 27 to contact Nissan for them to approve that I was having the issue. The service manager, Tim Cain, told me that the headlight globes would be in 2-4 weeks. I am currently going on six weeks with an almost nonexistent headlight on the passenger side and a dimming one on the driver's side. When driving home from work at 9:00 pm, I was almost in an accident because I couldn't see the deer standing in the middle of the road until I was practically on top of it. After calling Nissan this morning when Tim, who stated he would expedite the delivery process for the globes due to my inspection being up soon, to check the status, informed him of the almost accident. He was too worried about stating he's been there for 18 years and gave his word that safety was his top priority. If that were true, my headlights would be in, and the past two weeks of dim headlights wouldn't be an issue.

Ok I gave it four stars because of the parts department. I did not deal with car buying or service department. If I could rate the parts 5 stars I would. I did not feel comfortable giving the whole place 5 stars. The salesmen was very helpful and even worked on fixing a problem when the shipping of parts messed up. Was very nice even though my car knowledge is lacking. Will say as someone who never been there. The locations of places is confusing. I get it is a big campus. Not really nothing that can be done about. Just was first world problem. ?

I want to first thank the whole service team, especially Nicole and Joe. They really took their time to figure out the issue I was having with my 2021 Trailboss. Long story and 4 long weeks later they figured out how water was getting inside the cab of my truck. They were able to fix the problem and I must say their communication with me through the whole process far exceeded any experience I have received at other dealer service shops. I live an hour away but I will guarantee that any service that is done on my truck will be done by these guys/girls at Delaney.

I honestly have to give them one star but I cant think of a reason to. I bought a 2020 VOLVO in Dec 2020. 7 days after having the vehicle the rotors needed replaced due to them being warped. Fast forward to Sept 2021 - now my brake pads need replaced. I called the service dept to schedule since my pads are grinding. The service manager was very rude - when i asked him if the pads should have been replaced when the rotors were (since they were warped) he told me NO. I then told him that my pads should not have been grinding and he proceeded to tell me that I put a lot of miles on my car since my last visit (warped rotor replacement) and chuckled, not sure what was so funny or how the miles driven make a difference if they should have been replaced or not (average miles on brake pads are 40K). It is sad that I bought my VOLVO XC60 in Dec 2020 and I had to replace tires since they were bald, the vehicle had warped rotors and needed replaced twice and now the brakes. I decided to take my car to another Volvo dealer and they installed new rotors and brakes on my car since the passenger side brake pad was at 0MM and the driver side was at 3MM. Thank you to the next dealership that will receive my business moving forward. Good luck Star Auto Mall.

I got on Yelp and got a covid warning that businesses are being hit by covid. That's super rich, since the dealer used covid as a reason to steal about $6k from my girl. Oh my god, what a scam Delaney Nissan is. I am fuming right now. My girl (obvious target as a single female while I sit at Robins AFB in Georgia) wanted a Kick. So she went to this place. She met a dude called Steve Zadney who basically stole her Toyota Highlander trade-in yesterday. He started by giving her the sticker price as opposed to the internet "slash" price. He then threw out an insane interest rate above 5 percent despite the fact that she has an 800+ Fico. Then the trade-in that is KBB valued at $7,500 ($9500 private party) and I could sell tomorrow for $8K Without detailing came back at $2,000. His lie was that because of covid, nobody wants used vehicles. He stole $5,500 at least today. Nice business practices. Thankfully, my girl still has the title. So much fraud. I got friends in Nissan's HQ marketing department, so we'll be on the phone on Monday morning. It's gonna be fun to watch you try to squirm. Seriously don't move that vehicle out of your lot, or legal ramifications are coming your way.

this place doesn't deserve a star, after test driving a Volvo, I decided to purchase the vehicle. Derrick Thompson was my sales consultant. he mentioned that he will mark it AS SOLD so he gave me the bill of sales for my bank. they FedEx the check the next day. Derrick asked me for my driver license and proof of insurance to speed up the process. Derrick was off the next day so some other sales man sold the car. meanwhile the check was at the dealerships. I called Derrick few times and send him emails but he never got back to me until the next day to tell me that he is very sorry but the car was sold meanwhile someone already purchased my vehicle.Derrick never came out to apologize when I went to pick up the check because he was with a customer. this place is the biggest joke, so unprofessional.
