I just recently had a very bad experience with this dealership. I recently purchased a new Kia from a salesman there who was quite good, and I was perfectly happy with everything except that there is a problem with the registration title
Admittedly, this is a nationwide problem caused by ransomware However, the response from the dealership was less than satisfactory and was actually quite rude and the lady hung up on me telling me it was not her responsibility. I understand my state laws I will have no registration on my brand new vehicle in less than 6 days

Second appointment for driver's side sliding door issue, still not fixed. Could not answer why engine monitoring system could not detect low oil condition. Kia, we don't fix the problems, we change the maintenance schedule to cover up the high oil usage problem.

4.5 hours and still currently waiting for my inspection to be done, appointment was set for 10:30am it is now currently 3:00pm
