**** 3 minutes after leaving this review I was contacted by a rude gentleman saying to take it down and that it’s not cool what I did. Then after telling him I filed a corporate complaint he called me back and said to never bring my vehicle back to this dealership and that “they needed a hazmat suit to get into my truck” I’m beyond disgusted and ticked off. *** I was mislead through the whole process of trying to get my truck figured out and getting a loaner vehicle. They gave me a rental instead of a loaner. Unless this is rectified I will no longer be using this dealership.

Had inspection and emissions done on my Bronco. They also took care of a bulletin on the wiper motor. Fast check in work done in reasonable amount of time. Had enough Ford pass points to pay the tab! Great job, nice building.

The best Ford dealer in the region. Jordan, Tom, Tyler and Katie and all the techs in the back. We're a Ford family minus a Volvo that also goes to Smail Ford. All of our vehicles are serviced regularly with these guys and they are the ones that make it worth it, our vehicles run like tops because of it. Thanks

For my first time buying a brand new vehicle from a dealership, it was very comfortable. My salesman, Lloyd Thomas, was very helpful and informative. I couldn't be more pleased with the deal I went home with. The staff there really made this experience an amazing one.

My wife paid for an extended warranty through Smail. Her car that had only had 40,000 miles on it broke down a couple weeks ago and would hardly run, they had it for 2 days and called and said it was fixed. They gave it back to us and it did the same thing a couple days later. After they charged 100$ deductible and didn’t even fix it we took it back and the first thing they said is we would have to pay another 100$ deductible for the same problem they didn’t fix before. So we took it back and they never called and gave us updates or anything about the car. They gave her a loaner car and called after 10 days and said they wanted the loaner back unless she was paying everyday for the car. We asked multiple times when our car was going to be done they said they didn’t know what was wrong or how long it would take to be fixed and gave 0 updates. My wife took the loaner back today so they would not charge us (even though the salesman said rentals were apart of the warranty) she asked in person when the car will be done since we have 2 kids and need to get them to school and dr appts also my wife has to get to work, he shrugged his shoulders and said “who knows “ so these people sell you a warranty and then when the car that you buy from them breaks down they won’t know how to fix it and leaves you without a car? Smail definitely lost my business and it’s sad I bought 2 cars from Smail but never again. Pathetic.

My vehicle (2021 F-150) which was ordered and purchased from another dealer, has had an ongoing intermittent electrical problem (Reverse Brake Assist Not Available) since the day I picked it up June 1, 2021. After several visits to remedy this tough intermittent problem, I reached out to the Service Manager (Jordon) and the Service Advisor (Tom) to pursue this issue further.
They came up an action plan to resolve the issue. What they found was the wiring harness for rear bumper sensors had a loose connection causing the intermittent "Reverse Brake Assist Not Available" code. They replaced that harness and the rear bumper sensors and the issue has been resolved.
NOTE: In my opinion, this happened at the factory when my truck was built.
I chose Smail Ford to be my service/parts dealer as they are the closest to me and they took care of my service needs with my previous vehicle 2011 F-150. The entire staff are friendly and easy to work with. I will continue to use them and would "Highly Recommend" them to anyone!!
