My wife and I purchased a 2013 Kia Sorento several years ago. Now I will start with the sales person was nice and made the sale smooth.
But I’m not happy at all though. It all started when we took the car off the lot and started to head home, we got about 3 or 4 miles away from the dealership when we smelled something burning. The car started to lose power and luckily we got it into a parking lot. Someone came and yes took the car back and gave us a rental. The problem was the engine. Since that day our car has been down more than driven. It’s still that way now. We paid off the car and it don’t work.
I won’t mention names at this point but my wife and I were told not to mention the problems we had and are having with the car because if we do then we will lose the car. Well at this point the car is again down barely driven and I want everyone to know that Smail Auto group sells bad vehicles. Oh and the back seat stains and cigarette hole, and the back up camera never worked and we did call to complain and never ever got a call back from anyone at this establishment.
And yes we did test drive the car and it ran fine.

We recently purchased a used Ram 1500 from Smail Auto group. Our salesman was JD Greene, This is the second time I had the opportunity to work with JD on the purchase of a vehicle. JD was very knowledgeable and helpful both times with explaining the process and also the features and operation of both vehicles that we bought. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I would highly recommend this dealer group as well as JD. I’m sure he will take care of your needs as well as he did ours. You won’t regret it.

We recently purchased a new car at the Bud Smail Mercedes Benz dealership. Tyler
was our salesman. Tyler was knowledgeable about every SUV we looked at. Quickly arranged a test drive and then worked on getting us a deal we found reasonable. Tyler is easy to deal with-but I really appreciated his level of knowledge about the MB cars he sells. During my car search I encountered a lot of salesman who were not nearly as prepared or professional. I was really satisfied with my car buying experience with Tyler

Dan our salesman was ultra professional, not pushy and was very patient with our indecision between an sedan vs an SUV . Highly recommend Dan Richardson and Smail Cadillac Buick .

Awesome crew! Had an appointment with Dan but he was finishing up working with another customer. We browsed vehicles and asked someone Bill if we could take a test drive while we wait for Dan. He obliged and we took a nice drive around. We liked the Buick Encore GX as it checked alot of our boxes. Dan became available after we got back from test driving and after seconds of power negotiations we were happy with the out the door price.

I took my Buick encore to Smail for a state inspection & oil change and the services that they add on like tire rotation , i wish i remembered the name of the service advisor that checked me in but he was professional , friendly and got my car checked in quickly , the service that was done was done in a very reasonable amount of time considering the repair garage was was very busy , the service was done correctly , promptly and they washed my vehicle when the repair work was done ,I definiatly will return the Smail when my car needs service

Sad.... No Kia Manager as per phone response after six tries and no return calls as requested. Poor communication or caring !
