I am always able to make an appointment fairly quickly, the work is done well and in a timely manner. They pick up my car from my home and leave me a loaner car which is fantastic.

Took my car to Cam in the service dept to get tires put on. He was so polite. Went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Tires were put on with no problems and was very quick. Even had my car washed and vaccumed out. If i could give 10 starts i would! Thank you for the great service CAM!!!!

The service department went above and beyond! Ive been taking my car here for years and I’ve always been happy with their work and customer service. My older TL required enough work to consider whether it made sense to get it done or get a new car. It was late in the day and they provide me a courtesy car to get home that day without committing to getting the car fixed. It gave me enough time to evaluate my options without feeling rushed into a decision.

Terrible Service Department!
Last week I sat in the service department for two and a half hours for an inspection and oil change on my year old Acura. I needed two new front tires and was quoted $1089 for them. Knowing that I could get them much cheaper, I told them that I would bring the car back to get the sticker after I got my tires elsewhere (Export Tire-highly recommend). I was told that I would need an appointment to bring it back. This morning I went back at my appointment time, and I sat there an hour and twenty minutes waiting for the sticker. Should have taken five minutes! I guess that was my punishment for going elsewhere and getting two tires $450 cheaper! It makes sense that they offer free inspections. They will get it back on the other end. No apologies, no explanation. Just left me sitting for over an hour for a sticker. I won't be back.
( I was told when I purchased my car that they offered pick up and a loaner for service but good luck with that because you have to know at least a month ahead when your oil change is due.)

The worst customer service!
When we bought our Acira MDX, we were promised that for every maintenance and inspection, we can call and someone will pick up our car and leave us a loaner.
Every time I or my wife call to have someone pick up our car for 2 times maintenance and one time for inspection, the service agent says right away "it will be at least 2 months before we have someone comes to your house". She didn't even check the system to see if any openings or cancelation. We had to go to another Acura dealer closer to us.
Last week my wife went for a maintenance, 1&1/2 hours each way and waiting for another 2 hours (5 hours total), and charged her $150 for an AC filter, which I can buy for $40 and install for less than 10 minutes. Took advantage for my wife.
Never again this dealership!!!

I was only in for Inspection. Service personnel was caring and efficient.
