Shopping at the Greensburg Sleep Number store was perhaps one of the best shopping experiences I've had to date. Travis, the GM, worked with my partner and I well past the time he was scheduled to work and was wonderful the entire time. He was down to earth and very knowledgeable about their products. I would definitely recommend stopping in if you are interested in checking out any of the sleep number products.

The store experience was great. The salesperson Jeff couldn’t have been any better. However today was my delivery day and the company gave me a delivery time frame of 11AM-2PM. It is currently after 4 PM and I have wasted an entire day waiting for them and have not heard a word from them. For that reason I am a very unhappy customer!

Unless you want back and hip pain stay away from these overpriced, overmarketed. They might work for a single person, but it is impossible for a couple to get the bed adjusted across the middle without one person going uphill and one falling into a hole. They are a scam for returns because they insist that you try an exchange model that will fix the problem. Then when that model doesn't work either they say you cannot return it because it was an exchange...total frauds.
