I bought my new 2024 Subaru Crosstrek Limited on 10/22/24, after trading in my 2017 Crosstrek. I was assisted by John Bistline, who is their delivery specialist. He truly made the process so smooth and efficient. I drove out with my brand new vehicle that very same day, and it was John’s tenacity that made it happen. I went out the next day and he explained all the cool functions of the car. Kudos to John for his patience and dedication to making this sale a reality!

Got an oil change and tires rotated. No problem, except this time it took over an hour and forty-five minutes, waiting in the waiting room, with no heads up warning about more than twice the typical wait, nor an apology for the twice the wait. Again, this was not typical, and I hope, not a new norm.

The staff are really nice and helpful! I have a really small scratch I wanted them to look at when I was in for routine maintenance and they went out of their way to make sure I had the answers I needed before I left.
