What a incredible buying experience we had today! We drove up yesterday after being at another dealership. Spoke with Grant, he found the car we were interested in, and filled out a few papers, and told him we we would back this morning. Arrived at 10 am, the car was detailed and ready to go. All we had to was sign. Grant did a great job of going over the electronics and the little things. I would send anyone to Sendell.

John taught me a whole bunch on my review session today. I got the outback touring a couple weeks ago and there is a ton of technology in this car. I reached a point where I felt I learned as much as I could today but John said I could come back as often as I like until I feel confident in the car.

Sendell Subaru service department has renewed my faith in service at dealerships. They are super efficient, let me know if there are any issues that I need to address, but never push me to do anything that does not absolutely need to be done. It is unlike the experience I had at my previous dealership in another state, where they tried to get me to spend hundreds to thousands of dollars on "urgent" repairs. Sendell's service team is respectful, communicative, and trustworthy. I have zero qualms about taking my car there, and I will definitely buy my next Subaru from the dealership.
