Katie was wonderful in helping me today. I had a tire that kept losing air and it was about time to replace them all anyway.
Because it was last minute on Saturday morning she had nothing, but did say to come in so that they would check the leaking one out. I hung up and no more than 15 minutes later she called and said someone had canceled and they could take me in 45 minutes! It was done and out the door within an hour.

I had the best car buying experience at Sendell Motors when I recently purchased my new Subaru Forester. The staff were friendly and helpful with all of my questions. I did not feel pressured to purchase anything until I was ready. And when I was ready they were super helpful in making the process smooth. When my car came in, it was as I expected, and they were very detailed in explaining all the new features. I would highly recommend purchasing your next car from Sendell Motors.

They lie to you about helping with bad credit. They run your credit report over 20 times which lowers it. This place is racist anyways said they don’t work with interracial people unbelievable!!!!!!

I was in and out within 2.5 hours with a new car! Derek was an awesome salesman, very easy going and knowledgeable about the car. Paula was very nice and understanding and got me scheduled quickly to look at the car on Saturday morning. Jim was down to earth, kind and made the paper work very easy. I was also very happy with the amount I got for my trade which was a big deciding factor for me.

We have a ID 4, the dealership had to do recall repairs that we had waited for over a year. Then when they do call to have us bring it in, it's in the shop for almost 3 weeks because they don't have the replacement parts.
Wouldn't you think to order the recall replacement parts before you ask the owners to bring their car in?

Working with Sendell VW was quick and easy. They took the time to show me a few vehicles, took the time to answer my questions, no pressure sales tactics, and when I selected my future car the buying process was super quick and effortless. I highly recommend.
