Oh boy, where do I even begin with this review of the Sam's Club in Greensburg, Pennsylvania? Let's just say it's not the best shopping experience you'll ever have. But hey, at least you can get your bulk toilet paper and giant bags of chips in one place, right?Let's start with the weekends. Oh my goodness, avoid this place like the plague on a Saturday or Sunday. It's like everyone in a 50-mile radius decided to come here and stock up on their essentials. The checkout lines wrap around the store, and you'll be lucky to get out of there in under an hour. It's like Black Friday every weekend. And don't even get me started on the bottle-necking. Trying to enter or leave the parking lot is like navigating a maze. I swear, it's like they designed it that way on purpose to make you spend more time in the store. You'll be stuck in your car for what feels like an eternity, watching people push their overflowing carts through the crowded aisles. And while we're on the topic of crowded aisles, can we talk about the soliciting? It's like every other step you take, someone is trying to sell you something. I've learned to avoid eye contact at all costs, lest I get roped into a 10-minute sales pitch on some miracle cleaning product that I don't need. But enough about the negatives, let's talk about the positives. The prices are decent, and you can get some pretty good deals if you're willing to dig through the shelves. And I have to admit, I've been sucked in by some of their free samples from time to time. Who doesn't love a mini hot dog or a tiny cup of orange juice?Overall, I'd give this Sam's Club a fair grade of 5 Fairs out of 10. It's not terrible, but it's not great either. Just be prepared to battle the crowds and avoid the sales reps, and you'll be fine.

Shout out the cart guy today that was wearing a red t-shirt! I watched him run across the parking lot to help a women when an item blew out of her cart! He went out of his way to do something helpful and kind!! What an excellent employee!

Went out with my Dad recently and this is where he brought me. He is fancy like that. But really, he wanted to stock up since he was already out this way after helping me out. I was really here do do the heavy lifting for him. It is set up exactly like every other Sam's Club out there. We hit it at the right time. Fairly few people in here making for a quick browsing and buying experience. Also due to the low customer count inside it made for a swift checkout time. I really can't speak to much here, I didn't really pay attention, I was kind of like a go between for my Dad and Mom. My Dad seemed a bit bent out of shape since there weren't any samples out, but I think he needed reminding that due to current circumstances that is a good thing. I guess you can say that it was a lackluster experience for me, but I really had no intentions of coming here to begin with.

I am a long term member at Sam's club. Recently, as I walk in the door, I get jumped after taking 2 steps in the door & a Sams club member says: "I need to see your membership card"! Wait a minute..... you just let 3 family in front of me walk in the door without incident, or ever asking for their membership card. Why on earth did you target me, & make me feel like an intruder trying to sneak under the radar? My looks? Do I not fit the profile of a "Sam's Club paid member"? How about placing a nice greeter who welcomes me, says hello, & hands me a sanitized wipe for my cart, like the nice greeters at Walmart do when I walk in. Obviously Sams club does not trust its paid members. I feel very insulted with your recent policy change of targeting individuals who do not walk in as "families", & instead targets me & makes me feel awkward like I am a potential thief, unless I prove otherwise. Your employees behavior recently as I enter your facility, makes me NOT wish to be a "paid member" anymore. Talk about unnecessary profiling of certain individuals. It's a disgusting policy! Change it, or lose another PAID member.

It is kind of pointless getting a tire rotation guarantee. They offer tire rotation. But, you have to make a appointment. Only 2 people are working and 4 unused service bays. Plus 1 person is at counter all the time. It's all about sales not service. Remember that when saving a few dollars on tires.
