After recently moving to the area, we called this pharmacy to become one of their clients. I stated that I was low on meds at that point, and they stated that they would get in touch with our former pharmacy immediately so that I would not run out. Three days later (today), I called and asked about the refills. "Nothing yet", came the anticipated reply. I politely informed them that I would not need their services any longer (there was no service to begin with). Further, I just spoke with a nice lady at Precision Pharmacy (who was congenial and more than happy to take care of my business, assuring me that my scripts would be refilled by the end of the day today). I would suggest skipping Rite-Aid altogether and find a place like Precision Pharmacy to take care of you. Large, national retailers in general just suck.

Just want to give a shout out to my local Rite Aid drugstore on North Main St. in Greensburg, PA! The staff are always friendly and welcoming, the store is always clean, it’s easy to find what I need and when I need a prescription, it’s always filled promptly. I’m thankful for a nice neighborhood drugstore like this one!

My scripts were transferred to this store after my Pharmacy in Jeannette closed. Was treated extremely well on my Jan.21 visit.

I called today (less than 30 minutes ago) to see if a Beyond Dew GNC brand drink was still being sold at the Main Street location. The person who answered was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I hung up since he was yelling in the phone, and it's pointless and immature to waste time arguing. I also don't appreciate hearing screaming in my ear- which feels uncomfortable- and I am not at my best in the morning to begin with. The biblical saying, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you," is what needs to be followed here. In the past, I would have stayed on the phone uselessly arguing, but God has helped me see how ridiculous and exhausting that foolish behavior is. This is the reason I told the worker I was hanging up, rather than engaging in a verbal fight. I did not find out if the product is still sold there. I put 2 stars, rather than 1, because I have had better experiences in the past, though there is a need for improvement with some of the workers' attitudes and manners. Well, no person is sinless, so I have to forgive the impoliteness with the Lord's help.

This is the worst Rite aid ever they call to say that your prescriptions are ready and when you go to pick them up pharmacy closed always due to staffing problems hire people ridiculous the older ladies that work there are so cranky and miserable there is only one young man who is very nice and helpful the rest of them suck think it's time to change my pharmacy

Super rude on the phone. The pharmacy folks in this store absolutely do not want to help you. My home store sent me to this store because they have the meds. However, the woman on the phone told me they can’t fill my meds because they are filling their customers in the next two days? Their customers? As if I am not?So this Rite Aid has the medicine you need but can reserve it for people of their choosing? Is that even legal? I need to find a new pharmacy altogether.I think I should report this.

I switched pharmacies from Walmart to here in hopes of a better experience. I was absolutely wrong. The app is next to impossible to navigate when refilling prescriptions. The rice was higher and lines were longer that Walmart. I guess it's back to Walmart I go.

Cashier #2633944. This employee was extremely rude in her demeanor and delivery of my inquiry regarding my prescription status. She walked away from me multiple times while I was asking questions, seeming very bothered by my presence. I was told my prescriptions wouldn’t be ready until 1pm. From my receipt, I was checked out for some over the counter items I purchased at 11:52am. An hour and 8 minutes to wait for 2 prescriptions is completely unreasonable to tell a patient when they are waiting in the store. Please re-train this technician to show some empathy when interacting with customers. I arrived at the pharmacy with a mask on and bloodshot eyes from a conjunctival infection I have. She should have offered to complete them sooner. If this is what Rite Aid continues to offer in terms of the level of customer service, I will certainly never shop at any of your stores again. And the option to use this pharmacy, although it is so close to home and convenient for me and my family, is no longer viable.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Drive thru to pick up meds was closed. The inside debit/credit machine was filthy and hours limited. This and other locations need staff and the customer settles for the lack of workers. I guess we don't matter. Step it up, Rite Aid. Do yourself a favor and order meds online if possible. Express Scripts has far superior customer service and prices are generally lower.

Went through drive-through said drive-through was down - so we went into store. AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW The lady was helping somebody in the drive-through!!!!!?Aftwr standing there for 10 mins- finally got some help. She says it’ll take a while for your insurance card to go through to get free covid test. Would you just like to purchase it for 10.99 it’s gonna take about a half hour for us to scan your insurance card so of course standing there with my girlfriend (who was sick)So naturally I just bought two test and went home. btw it only took the other rite aid 5 minutes to scan my insurance and they weren’t busy either so you tell me

Would be a good store if Not soooo expensive!! The prices at Rite Aid Sooooo much higher than other stores.
