This place is the best. A bit expensive but their sales are great. My automatic refills are always texted to me when ready, the PAYNGO on your phone option make pick up a breeze. Store is always clean and super organized, shelves are always full.

These people blow up your phone but don't answer theirs. You get an unhelpful, annoying robot instead. You're better off going in-person, even if you just have a question. However, this is a pretty good pharmacy. Mike and Hannah, in the pharmacy have been working there for years. Both are nice and good at their job. The drive-thru is better if you're in a hurry. Also, when they do answer their phones, they are nice, helpful, and it makes the process more convenient.

If I could give 0 stars I would. No one answers the phone and I get being short staffed but cmon. My son’s meds have been given to me late 4x now, I’ve been given misinformation multiple times and no one seems to care much about their customers. My son is only 1 and has epilepsy. You would think they would be more careful about these things but everyone I’ve spoke to was unprofessional and impatient. 5 days ago I was told his meds were not able to be filled for 4 more days. I call back in 4 days later and they now say his script needs to be prescribed again. So a script was sent In hours later and I was told he wld have to wait a day for it to be filled and they had 53 left to give me a PARTIAL refill. (Same as they did last time I called for this) The next day I call rite aid and I was told they no longer had his meds in stock after I spoke to them the day before and they said they had 53. I was mad so I went into the store was told they don’t have any left for sure. So I was trying other pharmacies and getting it figured out. I went back to this rite aid to get his script printed out for another pharmacy to refill it and they suddenly ended up having the meds the whole time it just took me coming back to the store 3x to get them refilled. Just down right crazy in my opinion. But I owe a big thanks to Michale. He helped so much and was nice and caring the entire time after all the craziness.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!! THEY GAVE ME SOMEONE ELSES MEDICATION. I ENED UP IN THE HOSPITAL BECAUSE OF IT. THEIR PHARMACIST’S SHOULDNT BE TAKING ORDERS AT MCDONALDS LET ALONE DISTRIBUTING MEDICATION!!!

I have to switch due to my regular pharmacy closing. I tried to call this rite aid and the one on main st. NEITHER of them answered the phone. Even after 15 minutes. Time to find a new pharmacy altogether and stop away from rite aid

horrible store.. went into to buy some necessities before Christmas and saw a lottery machine.. I figured I would buy my scratch off tickets for the gift baskets I was making. I bought 36 dollars worth of what I thought would be pa scratch off tickets.. then they printed out n were like cash five receipts ..it looked horrible and it wasn't the scratch offs I had selected on the machine. I looked around and got instantly upset... the manager came over n saw that I was in distress about the tickets. he was unhelpful and told me ( even though rite aid had ripped me off n had no scratch off to sell me. ) that I was stuck with the reciepts and lost my money because the 'pa lottery' won't give refund me. i was so upset. He was yelling at me and told me he was the manager! I felt so uncomfortable and it was so uncalled for...I felt so uncomfortable in the store. I won't be back, rite aid took 36 dollars from me gave me no refund ... if something is out of order or has the wrong product write a note on the machine... horrible management.

The pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone. I tried calling yesterday and today, I ended up having to call upfront and the lady tried transferring me to the pharmacy and also put me on hold to see if she can get someone to answer and both times no one answered from the pharmacy. They were also supposed to fill one of my prescriptions a month ago and a month later I still don’t have it.

Pretty decent Rite Aid, they had what I came in for and they had a shelf checkout register so that made it pretty quick.

They don't answer the phone! I've left messages in hopes to get a prescription refill with no response. I had to move to this pharmacy by my insurance and I have very critical medication i have to take! I explained this to them and they were very rude. Worst pharmacy ever!!

My medication was ordered FIVE days ago. And I went to pick up and they claim they didn’t know it was there and they needed to order it and it would be THREE more days till delivery. They claim the manufacturer didn’t send it. I’m a nurse so actually know how the process goes. They never requested it 5 days ago because they didn’t see it in their que. they just saw it today when I came to pick up. Instead of apologizing for their mistake they were rude and told me to try a different store if it was that important when truly they should have done that for me and transferred the order to closest store. Thanks for the customer service

Called in to see if they had any Adderall in stock since my pharmacy can’t get it in I was told to call around. They told me they couldn’t check it for me and that was their policy which is weird since I’ve called 4 other riteaids and they told me their stock woman was extremely rude in the phone and transferred me to the pharmacist who left me on hold for 10 minutes

Worst service ever. After doctor called in prescription they would not fill and said they needed to talk to the doctor. Why couldn’t they do that while doctor was on the phone or before Xmas eve? Incompetence.

They never answer their phone and when you go in take forever to fill a prescription. This is the 16 time I've tried to fill a prescription because its the closest place to me... a line of 3 people takes 40 minutes. They are horrible. Completely incompetent.

Do not use this store as your pharmacy. They are the slowest, has the worst customer service, has extremely unknowledgeable desk employees. They take a minimum of eight hours to get a prescription right in their prices are unreal. Do not go here.
