This bank is absolute garbage every time I come through the ATM I can never deposit any cash at all. Fix your ATMs or shut them down permanently instead of people wasting a drive coming out here for no reason! Do your jobs!

The staff at the branch itself were professional and helpful. Unfortunately, I opened an account there to take advantage of a promotional offer for direct deposits, but because my income showed up on their software as an ACH instead of direct deposit, they refused to honor the promotion. On the phone call with the support line they even told me they'd submit my issue to the marketing department but if after 2 weeks the payment didn't show up in my account, that would mean they decided not to honor the promotion and there was no process to appeal further and would be no communication about their decision. Also, there was a 2 day period where my account dropped less than $10 below the minimum amount and I was charged a fee. At other banks, if you call and ask/explain, usually they'll waive the fee the first time. Not here. This venture ended up costing me money, especially once you account for the time it took to set up the account, close the account, manage the account. I liked their web interface for banking, but that's not enough to keep me with a company who lacks integrity.

Worst Bank I have ever dealt with have questions on why my card isn’t working when I wanna buy something in person or online. They close at 6pm I have called at 5-5:30 and nobody will answer worst costumer service I have ever dealt with!

First time in this bank. Week day around noon, on the 1st of the month.. busy day... they had one girl working both the drive thru and the walk ins... I felt bad for the worker.

Rude and unhelpful. I went in to open a new account to manage my father’s estate and the “greeter” Zachary was rude and unhelpful to me - and the three people before me! I can’t believe anyone uses this bank. I know I never will.

Amanda is the greatest! She handled 3 different things for me cheerfully and explained how the bond worked that I was cashing in. She made the trip to the bank enjoyable!

It’s always a bad experience walking in…. Very rude!VERY RUDE, Rebecca is not the nicest and neither is the GREETER. If you are looking for customer service in any way don’t expect to be treated respectfully here! Also One person working while others sit around doing nothing is a constant here

This branch is the worst!The greeter asked me what I needed, I explain that I need to have a remote/scanned deposit corrected. She says I will have to file a dispute. I explained that this has happened in the past and a teller was able to correct it. It was a very simple process. The greeter makes me wait, while she directs the people behind me in 'her line' to skip ahead of me to the teller line while she goes to ask one of the tellers how to help me. Then comes back and tells me that I have to wait longer to see a branch manager.After 5 minutes of standing, she tells to go to the back of the bank and have a seat. The manager walks by and says 'we'll be with you shortly'.After 25 minutes in the bank and watching 4 people that walked in after me come and go, I left!I received a text alert on 1 hour later that it was my turn!

I can totally understand why people have such problems at this bank and courtesy. They told me I couldn't cash a check that was with THEIR bank even though a direct deposit was supposed to be made that day. They first told me the money was in there and then they told me there was another amount and then they told me Social Security froze the money even though they have no authorization to do so! Totally clueless and very rude from the sound of their voice! I can see why people close their accounts! These women are the worse people I ever met in my life! So sad!

This branch continues to be a disaster. I went in to deposit an IRS refund check and I didn’t want to deposit at ATM. There was only one teller attending one customer and after standing for 20 minutes I had to leave since she was still with the same customer. There were other employees in the branch sitting nicely in their cubicles doing nothing while the line kept getting longer. No one stepped forward to help. How difficult is it to do a teller job for those sitting in the cubicles. They just don’t careI went to another branch and check was deposit within 5 minutes

I visited this branch today & it was such a terrible experience. Sam Davis was the teller who was working the drive thru who & not only ignored me but hung up the video call three times while I was still talking . THIS BRANCH HAS THE MOST IGNORANT DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE & SAM DAVIS NEEDS FIRED.
