I cannot speak for any other APR or Oasis location, but my experience in Greensburg, PA was AWESOME - and the credit goes to Nicole Rhea!!! Every customer service/sales person should be like her. The 2020/2021 COVID supply/delivery issues were frustrating enough, but her patience and following up on materials as well as the overall progression of my project is unsurpassed. I would definitely recommend Oasis Showrooms by APR Supply Co in Greensburg, PA!

The customer service here is horrible. They won’t even get up from their chairs to help and you end up having to get help from the poor helpless unpaid customers. Very unprofessional.

The lady who helped us was extremely rude and had no idea of what her inventory was. Told us that she didn't carry a specific item that we are looking for even though we had one in our hand from her shelves

Shopping here was the best experience. We were looking at big box stores for plumbing fixtures for our bathroom remodel and found that we could not get answers to most of our questions. A friend recommended Plumbers Equipment. We stopped in for a quick look see. Dealing with Sunshine Grant was a remarkable experience. She suggested things that we had never thought of doing. Sunshine worked within our budget but never skimped on product quality. We kept adding items to our list and we were dreading hearing the bottom line. Sunshine invited us to sit down at her desk while she wrote up our order. We were pleasantly surprised at the bottom line. We were considerably under budget and promptly placed our order. The lead time for delivery was a bit longer than we expected but was do-able with our contractor. We saved enough to go ahead and order the vanity top and sink that we were going to wait to do until our bank balance was in better shape! There was a slight problem with that order. It did not hold up installation of the top though.Sunshine was right on it and made everything right. She even visited our house to make sure. All in all Sunshine made this remodel very easy and everything looks great.

I have been a repeat customer to Plumber Supply. Sunshine Grant is an absolutely great salesperson in their showroom. She listens to what you want, she isn’t pushy, and she takes her time helping you make the right decisions. I have worked with her before and go back because pushy salespeople make me feel uncomfortable and I tend to walk out. Sunshine helped with both kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

My husband and stopped in for a new shower head and tub spout. The showroom is nice and bright. They have about a dozen working shower heads. Plus a bunch of others displayed in the walk. We really appreciated this as we were looking for a shower head with a lot of pressure. It's nice to "feel" before you buy. The lady that works on this side of the store (kitchen & bath) is very knowledgeable and helpful. The shower head we ended up choosing changed in terms for pressure for 2019. We wouldn't have known this. The lady called the warehouse to have us shipped one of the 2018 models which is higher pressure. We will be back...there were new bathroom sink faucets that caught my eye.

I really liked working with Sunshine. She helped me pick out knobs and pulls for my kitchen and they were perfect. I also purchased two faucets as the ones I purchased from a well known box store were "junk".

Great place to stop and get ideas for your bath and kitchen remodel! Sunshine is very helpful in your planning if you give her an idea of your planning. The showroom is very well stocked and if it's not on display Sunshine can show you many manufacturer's catalogs to get you what you might like. Just an FYI Home Depot and Lowe's may have designer faucets and materials but they are manufacturer seconds. Plumbers Equipment sells first line manufacturer faucets, toilets, tubs etc.. Buy your hot water tanks there as well they sell to the public. Hot water tanks are first line equipment all metal and brass not plastic, the faucets are ceramic internal parts and not plastic. You can't go wrong dealing with them. Great service great people to desk with. Prices are very close to the box stores but you get what you pay for!

I visited the Plumbers Equipment showroom recently. They have a good selection of products and the staff is pleasant and helpful. If you're shopping for kitchen and bath items to remodel they're worth a visit.
