Got yelled at for bouncing a used basketball to see if was useable. Still ended up buying a ball that doesn't hold air. They have a very arrogant staff.

Tons and tons of hockey gear if you need it. We were on the search for some used baseball/softball items for fall ball. Used bats weren't the best selection, but plenty of new. Overall a solid shopping trip, got a couple things checked off the list of what we needed.

Impressively large equipment collection for hockey, baseball, golf, soccer, lacrosse, and many other sports. My son forgot an expensive batting love there and the staff were kind enough to mail it to me even though I live in Canada! Exceptional service.

This store is packed full of sporting equipment, especially the golf side. It's definitely worth a visit if you're looking for some different clubs to try without breaking the bank.

I was able to get a pair of lacrosse gloves in decent condition at what seemed to be a good price. However, when selling merely slightly used baseball gear to the store, I got an extremely low value of $45 for what had to have been a range from $500-700 (new) worth of bats, a helmet, baseball bag, etc. Some of my equipment was scoffed at when I said it was only used for some practices and never saw game time use, even though the only problem with the items was some dirt on the outside that I simply didn’t bother wiping off myself beforehand. I was told in a very condescending manner by the older male cashier that they only consider gear “newer” if it has never been worn or used before in any manner. I understand gear isn’t worth nearly as much once it is used, but the price I got seemed insulting. When selling my baseball gear I was trying to return a lacrosse stick head I had bought from the store recently as well, I didn’t do anything with the equipment and even still had the exact tags from the store on it. The cashier found the exchange in their system then I was told since I was a few days past their return policy that they could only take it back from me at a fraction of the price I paid. Again, I am understanding of policies but it really would have raised my opinion of the store had I been forgiven for being a few days late and gotten the full price I paid back. The process through which they buy equipment from people seems to be very greed based and the cashier I dealt with had an attitude that made me feel embarrassed/belittled for thinking my stuff was worth anything in the first place, knowing full well that they are going to put it on their shelves for ten times what they gave me for it. I had high hopes for my first experience of selling used gear to a store, but am now sad to say I will be using online services for my used-gear selling at any point in the future due to this experience. Sports are very expensive, good luck getting any returning value from equipment if going to this store.

Best place to get used hockey gear! My son has been growing quickly and it's nice to get decent used equipment for a decent price.

If I could give them zero stars I would. We have never been to this store before. Never even heard of it until a few weeks ago. We decided to take our son in to see if they would buy/give store credit for a few hockey sticks. My son was in tears by the time we left. I couldn’t believe the ignorance we experienced. One of my son’s sticks was barely used. He used it maybe 10 games and decided he didn’t like it. When the guys asked him why we were there my son said he was hoping to sell his stick. The guy instantly laughed in his face when my son told him this and said he was a god damn liar that he could tell to look at it he was lying about it being barely used. My husband asked the guy not to talk to my son that way. The guy told us that he wasn’t wasting his time looking at our stick because my son was a god damn liar and to leave the store. My son plays 12u hockey. The guy never even bothered to remove the tape to examine the stick. We will never be back there and I will never recommend this store to anyone. For some reason we were instantly treated with disrespect the second we entered the store. For the employee to speak to my son that way is appalling.
