We had a great experience buying a car from Joe at Pinnacle. Good communication before we drive the hour to look at the car. He had all of the paperwork ready to go to save us time, but we didn’t feel pressured or rushed at all. Would definitely buy another car here!

Top notch car buying experience! I’m so glad that I decided to make the trip from Johnstown to shop here. Joe and Bernie are definitely not the stereotypical car salesmen; they are patient, friendly, and zero pressure. Joe was very good about communicating with me throughout the process without being too pushy, was totally honest about the car, and was super helpful all around. Overall a great place to get a car and would definitely recommend.

I called in to Pinnacle to check on a truck that I was interested in and spoke to Joe. He had the truck up front and ready for me when I arrived and quickly got me in the driver seat and on a test drive. When I returned we looked it over, and went inside to discuss further. There was absolutely no pressure to buy or upsell, Joe was great to work with. I drove away a couple hours later with my truck having a fantastic experience. Thank you Joe!

Bernie and Joe went above and beyond the call of duty in working with us to get us a car that was within the mileage limits and price range we wanted. We certainly would go back to them for a vehicle purchase again.

I reached out via email and received all the information I asked for from Joe same day. Bernie took us on a transparent test drive, allowing us to test how it goes up hill, over bumps and didn't make us take an easier route that would shield us from finding any flaws. The car was in tip-top shape for a great price. The customer service was fantastic! My partner even made the comment 'I never knew buying a car was this easy!' I highly recommend this dealership.

Just a heads up here people. If you are in the market for a used vehicle, you would be foolish not to stop by and see the friendly staff here. This was one of the most pleasurable experiences in buying a car that we have ever had. Not a bad looking vehicle in the lot. Joe was over the top, helpful, and professional.
