They did a great job and were professional and kind, but there was some confusion about what was included in the "packages" i got for my dogs. They definitely charge for convenience as well. I schedule with them because I recently moved and my regular vet is over an hour away... after this experience m, however, I think I'll take the long drive. :/

Very disappointed. I had scheduled two small dogs for their rabies clinic and talked to someone to verify that I did not need distemper because onenofnthem had a bad reaction six years ago and we don't get it. The worker stated it was fine. I rearranged my schedule and so did my daughter to help with the two small dogs. Upon confirmation I reiterated this by text to another worker who was texting confirmations and she said we could not be seen because of the reaction SIX years ago. They wanted me to purchase a big package to have full services to get the rabies vaccine. I canceled and found a vet close to home who charges $20 more for the visit and less for the actual vaccine. Waste of time. Would have been a waste of money had we gone.

Very friendly staff. Helpful, great with my cat, gentle with her, and informative with me. Definitely will be scheduling future appointments with vetco. Already telling family and friends to go there for vaccinations.

Got my dog a red collar, was looking for prices and on the very back of the row I see a price of $14.99. When we get to the registerd she says $38.00 and some change. I got one other thing a small dog tag holder. When I showed her the price I saw she tells me sorry the price is $29.99. I also showed her there were 2 of the same collar on the same row. I won't be back.

My dog and I were returning customers to the grooming salon today. They needed up to date information about his vaccinations. I got the paperwork from his vet last week. The paperwork from the vet had dates of his upcoming vaccinations. To make sure that it was the correct paperwork, I called the vet and she ensured me that this is the paperwork that they provide for all groomers, but to call if there was an issue. I love petco, But me and my husband took our puppy their to get his rabies and his chip done, By Vetco and the vet was so rude and ignort and very mean with the puppy and in a rush, I was very angry and frustrated with The vet that did his chip and shots. She was old lady that was in a rush and did not care about about hurting the puppy or anything. So later after shots we got in line to pay and the vet tech can up to us and said how sorry she was about the vet being rude because she knew that me and my husband were upset, but this now makes not want to go back.
