“The people that own and run this store truly care about animals and try to help you to the best of their ability. I love that they believe in natural remedies, homeopathic supplements, and healthy diets for pets. They had very reasonable prices, especially compared to other places, even online counting shipping cost. They truly helped me out in my time of need and educated me on some things I didn't know so I'm very pleased and will absolutely be a repeat customer from now on! Thank you to Rob and Deb for even opening a place like this! They really do it for the love of fur babies ???.”

“Recently our elderly neighbor's beloved cat Molly passed away on a Saturday. Pet Haven was called and they quickly got back to us telling us to bring Molly to them. They were kind and compassionate. Molly's ashes were in a beautiful little tin, her paw print was framed and a clipping of her fur was included. We had no issues picking her up and there was great communication during this entire process. I thank Pet Haven Cemetery for making the process easy and being so compassionate.”

“We always shop at Petsmart all of them. The store was big clean. The coworkers was friendly, nice helpful check out was very easy if anybody is looking for a toothbrush for their pet, they have a double sided toothbrush, which I think is very cool.”

“I left a 1 star review for this place 6 years ago. Today I am changing my review to 5 stars, not because I think that the store is awesome but because of one employee there. I am talking about Zoe in the fish section. Zoe is so knowledgeable, friendly, professional and very sweet.I came two weeks ago to get information about possibly getting an aquarium, that same day I ended up leaving the store with all of the supplies I needed to get started setting up my tank and cycling it. It was her advice and all the information she provided that made me buy everything.Today I returned to the store with my son and she helped us select our plants, fish, accessories and again provided so much information and help. She is a 5 star employee!”
