Recently our elderly neighbor's beloved cat Molly passed away on a Saturday. Pet Haven was called and they quickly got back to us telling us to bring Molly to them. They were kind and compassionate. Molly's ashes were in a beautiful little tin, her paw print was framed and a clipping of her fur was included. We had no issues picking her up and there was great communication during this entire process. I thank Pet Haven Cemetery for making the process easy and being so compassionate.

Scott is wonderful, we have never had an issue with him or his business we've used him multiple times now and the property is always kept so nice and clean!

Sometimes Scott is hard to get hold of honestly; however, he is a nice person. I'm waiting for a problem to be fixed and have to wait to hear back from him. Once the problem is fixed I can leave a more thorough review.

Don't use this place!! The guy told me that pick up of your pet is free, then tried charging $40 for pick up when we picked up our pets ashes. We also told we would get a clay paw print and tuft of hair and that all the services came with it (we've used this place before and did get the paw print that time). There was no paw print when we picked our boy up. this seems to be a common issue. Never again will I use this place. Do your research, there are other places that provide the same services.

Scott deserves 10 stars. He was there in my family's time of need. Awesome job on cremation and Jada's paw print. I am very impressed. Everything was absolutely perfect. Scott seems like a very busy man. He doesn't answer phone every time but he WILL call back. Thank you again Scott!

I got my cat cremated after our house fire and received her ashes but i have never received her paw print and when i call they never answer the phone. Never will go there again!

I think Scott is a wonderful man and has taken excellent care of my Nala and my Bailey. Bays death rocked me to the core Scott picked her up at MedVet and brought her to the cemetery. Both Nala and this week Bay will be buried right beside her. Thank you for what you do Scott.

I had to contact Scott on a Sunday and he met me the same day for my dog to be cremated. He provides excellent service.

DO NOT USE PET HAVEN!!!! The last thing you need is an unreliable, lying business to work with. That is what Pet Haven will give you-- more heartbreak. Stood me up, never contacted me to apologize/make it right after they KNEW my situation with my pet that I was devastated, had passed away. STAY CLEAR OF PET HAVEN.

I won a civil case at the Magistrate's office against the owner of Pet Haven on 11/19/2019 and was awarded $2,694.75. To date (today is 7/2/2020). HE STILL OWES ME ONE-THIRD OF THIS MONEY. It was to be PAID IN FULL by December 19, 2019. I have numerous e-mails from him saying "check is coming this week and "check is in the mail", etc. (lol) However, it is now over 6 months later from the date this money was to be paid in full, and the last 1/3 OF THE MONEY OWED TO ME NEVER ARRIVED. So this leaves me with no choice but to file for a judgment from the Prothonotary's office to acquire a writ of garnishment/writ of execution to collect the last ONE THIRD of my owed money...
