Highly informative salesperson. Unfortunately, the battery I wanted was out of stock (not your typical off the shelf battery, so I can fully understand this). But they were able to order it for me.

Had wonderful experiences here for the most part. Then there was that one day that changed my whole outlook on this store and have not been back since. Very cocky employee who thought he knew everything about everything and told us that because they didn't not carry a tool I was looking for that such thing did not exist....he was so sure of this because he "worked in a garage ONCE and had two tool boxes with tools in. In the same trip sold the person I was with the cheapest spark plug for their car instead of asking if they knew the kind that were to be in there and gave no options. I made it a point to get ahold of management for this store because I could go on about how bad that experience was with that employee. Doubt I'll be back in the future.

So far I have had good service every time I needed to rely on this location. It's especially helpful when they have the item I need in stock, and ready for purchase. During my last visit Matt was very helpful, and offered to carry my purchase to my vehicle. Sometimes dealing with auto supply businesses can be rough if one isn't sure what is needed to get the job done so it is really helpful to have staff willing to assist.

Super local & they never fail to have what I'm looking for. As well the staff is friendly, pleasant & knowledgeable about whatever product I've had questions about thus far. My favorite is their Meguiars auto care line, no matter what I'm looking for it's always in stock. Another place I'll always return to.
