Took computer caused wouldn't turn on..told mother board.tried to sell me a new one..bought a new computer somewhere else .my son an IT ENGINEER tore my old supposedly broken computer back off and needless to say there was a loose part and the old computer worked.it wasn't the board at all..spoke to manager and basically was told too bad and offered me no resolution for me spending money for a new computer..they should went the extra mile and not just say mother board manager was not empathic to me...WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK! Should of went that extra mile instead of just saying new mother board without checking it further..very disappointed!!!

Immediate help from store associate. Was able to get copies of the documents I needed and it wasn't expensive. Nice, clean store.

Oh man what could I say about Jeremiah! Didn’t lie to me and say any of the computers in the store where what I need for my game size instead took me to a computer and showed me what I need from somewhere else! Totally laid back and cool to talk to! Great guy! Thank you a million you made this girl who gets uncomfortable talking to employees at stores feel a million percent ok!! Your the best!

Traveled from Somerset just to buy an computer chair here. Everyone I dealt with was super nice and friendly. Very helpful as well. I could have gone somewhere closer to home however businesses that go out of their way to help a veteran and his wife is worth the travel! We will definitely be doing business again with them!
