Called to see about getting my bow fixed. The lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and needs an attitude adjustment. After saying hi and asking how she was doing, she responded with “I’m busy what do you want.” Not exactly the way to gain or treat a new customer. Don’t recommend this place at all.

I have taught many archery classes and sent parents to different shops my buddys shop was sold out of vertix so I went to spend almost a 1000 dollars at nelsons while speaking to another customer she slapped the counter and said focus very rude and loud my friend who was going to buy accessories with his 10 yr old walked out if there was a 0 star id post it do not waist your time or money go see kj at Kevin's archery in Carmichaels tell them Jamie sent u even if he is sold out wait on a order before you go to nelsons rudest people I've ever seen 724-966-9144

I recently purchased a new bow at Nelson's arrows and I could not have been happier with the service I received. Even after spending a long time reading reviews and watching videos on the internet I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted so I spent a good amount of time at this shop asking questions. Dotty took her time answering every one and never made me feel like I was a nuisance. I would highly recommend her shop and I will continue to buy as much of my equipment from Nelson's Arrows as I can.

Recently took my bow to Nelson’s to have new strings put on, she did a great job! The sights were dead on when I got it home, didn’t have to adjust a thing. Shot a few through paper to check my arrow tune and had a perfect hole, then shot a couple at the target to check my pins and this was the result, thanks again Dotty.

2 minutes ago This place is horrible do not go here ever it will all start when You first pull in their back parking lot say no parking so I turn around and park on the side of the business they come and basically yell at us and say theirs a parking lot in the back which let me remind you that it says no parking as where walking in the 2 old ladies are saying how careless people are and only care about their selfs and have no respect at this point me and my fiancé wanted to
