Mom had Aneurysm surgery and was sent home with a wheelchair and Potty chair. It took over a week to recieve a call.Husband was given a script for a knee brace. Took a month for a call and it arrived too small. Customer Service wouldn't help.I was given a script for a Tenz unit. After a week I called. It hadn't even been processed.

Respiratory Care CSR Nicole needs to have more compassion for a patient's family member when they are tearful during a call. Also Medcare needs to send RT's to homes to go over equipment. We have been dealing with cpap and mask issues and phone calls aren't cutting it.

Drop off and set up of equipment was prompt and courteous. Arranging for pick up was a fiasco. I was told that they would call about a half hour to an hour before they came. I waited all morning, no call. I called them at 1:00pm to see where we were on the schedule. Again, was told someone would call a half hour to an hour before they came. At 4:30pm, still no call. This time, my sister called, and again was told they would call a half hour to an hour before they came. They finally called at 8:20pm wanting to come between 9:45-10:45pm. Absolutely not. We waited over 12 hours for nothing. They finally picked up the equipment the next day around noon. The man who came was apologetic and respectful. However, it's ridiculous that they expected us to allow them into our home after 9:45pm and to have no better information for us when we called. As they are the only company that serves this area, I guess they don't care. I hope to never have to deal with them again.

Horrible company run far away from them they need shut down I had been waiting MONTHS for wound care supplies they tried blaming my doctor for not doing her job she showed me multiple times she sent in and filled out wound assessment forms for my incurable skin disease they now say I can't get bandage after I paid out of pocket with money I didn't have .I had a major surgery a month ago today n really could've used bamdages. My husband has waited since May for bypap machine for apnea they lied n said they couldn't reach him to be sure they had right address funny cuz they sent mail here we verified prior over phone ..had to re verify from doc office they are full of lies and excuses. . They also have horrible attitudes.. they need a class action lawsuit against them!!!! Wish I could give ZERO STARS

This company is designed to steal money from the sick. They take your one-time payment information and automatically enable automatic pay without permission and do not let the consumer cancel it. This is against the law.

I honestly couldn't imagine a more corrupt disorganized business. i ordered a CPAP machine. You have to schedule an intake thing, but its just someone who barely knows what theyre doing walking you thru some slides and that person has never in their life ever used one themselves. How they bill and the cost itself is ridiculous, and they definitely kept charging me even after I returned the machine so I had to call them...imagine how many people might not catch that...especially old people...they do it on purpose. I HAD to SIGN A LETTER that they HAD TO MAIL to me to for them to even mail me the box to return it which takes forever and they 'forgot' (or course) to actually mail me the box so again i had to call. Complete and utter trash, all the way up the ladder.

Received my device with an attachment that didn't work for me. I called back within 24 hours to request a replacement (you have 30 days to replace it) and it's been 3 weeks and not a word from the company. I also just received a bill for over $1000 (I already paid for my visit and the first month rental beforehand) and the bill itemizes 7 separate equipment charges. The device is only 3 pieces!! This place is fraudulent. Just buy the device third party - it's cheaper anyway. Don't involve these fraudsters.

The people who deliver the equipment are very nice. That's the only reason for the 2 stars. This company can't get their billing correct for anything. They were billing the wrong insurance and sent me a bill for the full price of the equipment. When I called and corrected them, I was told I wouldn't be billed until they tried the insurance again with the correct info. Surprise, I got biked. When I called to check into it, they have to contact someone else and will call me in a few days. Let's see if that happens.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The customer service representative hung up on me. Equipment was returned March 29, 2023. My account was charged the monthly rental charge on April 24, 2023. I called to inquire why I was charged. I was informed that my billing cycle began on March 23, 2023 and therefore I was charged for the entire month even though the equipment was picked up 6 days into the cycle. Apparently, there is no pro-ration??? I started to ask when I heard the click... As one of the other reviews wrote... "Absolutely the nastiest, unprofessional customer service people ever." I would add for the customer service representatives... a little bit of kindness and patience goes a long way. Most of the customer are dealing with significant health issues and do not feel well and are tired of the system. Furthermore, many are on fixed incomes and hard choices are being made between medications, food, and medical equipment. Being curt, nasty, short, and/or making loud sighs conveying annoyance is not only disrespectful toward the customer it is really a poor reflection on the company. I will NEVER use MEDCARE for medical equipment again... Also, I am reporting this experience to my insurance company.

The customer service for this company is horrible. They refuse to let you speak with a supervisor and are completely unhelpful and uncaring. I spoke with 2 different reps (Kaitlyn and Lisa) and neither would help or allow me to speak with a supervisor. If you can use a different company do so because this company and its staff are a complete waste of time and money.

Absolutely horrific company. They don’t return calls, have bad attitudes, and will invoice you for supplies that you never ordered. Auto Pay is a “company policy” that cannot be turned off. Ask your medical provider to find an alternative.

They do not give reminder calls about scheduled mask fittings. This has caused me to miss TWO appointments due to confusion about where I was supposed to go and who I was supposed to see. They also somehow messed up my supply refill schedule so now I am being bombarded with calls where I just repeat myself and am assured they will fix it in their system but never do because they call again in a few days. I'm about to just stop using my machine because dealing with them mentally drains me and makes me feel worse rather than better. No wonder healthcare is failing in America...

Company was unable to fill supplies for cpap, stated they were waiting on script from doctor. I contacted Dr myself and was told they completed their request. Switched companies after waiting 2 months for supplies that I never got

If I could give a NEGATIVE star review, this miserable excuse of a company would get the highest allowed. They are horrible to work with on a day to day basis. You get a robot call from them that may or nay not be listed as MedCare. When you pick up, it goes straight to voice-mail system stating "Weare sorry we missed your call..." I've tried ordering new supplies on line and the system will not even allow me access to my acct. My Dr. sent them a script, I had to initiate contact 5 DAYS LATER, was told that a therapist would call and that when she did call back the FOLLOWING Wednesday that she was only there in the office till 3.Do NOT sign a machine rental contract with them. And if you are like me and you are in the middle of one, transfer ASAP!UPDATE:online ordering system will ONLY work if YOU call them and tell them what you want???? I also have to call them to engage a script change....what a joke.

Horrible company. Ask your doctor to recommend someone else. Avoid at all costs. fail to deliver adequate replacement equipment to manage your condition in a timely manner in the established intervals. They will then try to gouge you for more money and never apologize for their mistakes. I’ve spent dozens of hours on the phone with them and the situation never improved despite continuing to get charged. They should be shut down.
