June 2021 by Cory Ream
Well it started 2 weeks ago when i went in to purchase a mattress. Fast forward to today june 1st 2021, my delivery date. Eta 2:15pm-4:15pm june 1st. Here i am took the day off work to sign for this $2000 mattress. 5pm rolls around and no mattress. 6pm no mattress so on so fourth. Finally upset and at a loss i called customer support along with the store i purchased from (a total of 8 times). Being hung up on fed false info and talking to untrained "professionals" finally i get a supervisor who tells me (this is at 9:30pm on the delivery date) that my matress wont be here today. No ones called me or emailed me to tell me this i had to speak to 8 diffrent people and be hung up on to get true information. Being told is 5% 15% 20% okay for the inconveniences. (Im not a karen btw, i can understand the driver being late theyre humans. But being hung up on misinformed and lied to is a diffrent story). Finally i get told 25% discount which is still a slap in the face being i had to take the day off and missed todays wages for no reason and no have to reschedule and waste another 8 hours for this matress to possibly not show up. This is the worst experience iv ever had and have already burnt my macys credit card as for i will never spend another penny in such a unprofessional establishment. So since we wanna hang up and treat our paying customers like trash how about we take this public macys? Contact me. This is outrageous!!!?

I bought a dining table & chairs from Macy's. Although it was beautiful to look at, the quality of the table top is such poor quality that everything mars it. The warranty service is not much better. They make it so difficult to use I regret getting it. I had to deal with them again today & am still waiting for the link to be sent. Never again.

Macy's Associate Dee Ohler was a pleasure to work with. Seemed completely customer based and only out for our greater good. Well this was short lived considering soon after our close to $3000 purchase everything turned south. The day after, I priced checked online what our sectional cost and turned out for the same sectional plus and extra piece it came to $90 less than what we had paid. Although I was fine with this because of the quality of the couch and I did not want to add any waves to the difficult process of finding and buying the right furniture. Next, the delivery got canceled because of \\\"weather conditions.\\\" Luckily even though I had already taken off of work, it ended up being a fairly decent day with the lack of snow. I get a call from Dee a few days after, asking about a reschedule and I inform her that I am very busy and will give her a call back when I can. I do not end up calling her back that day, nor that week even and get 2 calls from a Macy's automated number. These calls just inform me that they are waiting for a reschedule. Today I receive an email now threatening that if the couch is not to my house within 15 days, they are keeping the entire deposit(near $3000) and I will not be able to receive the couch. I have emailed them back informing them I and requesting a full refund as well as pursuing legal advice on how to properly get my entire deposit back. I am completely disgusted with the turn in Macy's customer service and will refuse to work with them. Please, I recommend nobody shop here, you will be deceived and treated like a paycheck. Look at alternatives and places more likely to appreciate a customer.

Fighting over paid extended warranty. Expensive furniture giving me a hard time. Not a happy camper.
