I dont normally give a bad review. I am extremely patient and an understanding person. This evening i was not assisted in finding a security lock because i had no clue about grade or durability. I first asked an associate as soon as i came in and he called someone on his hand held and said someone should be down to assist me and i made sure to ask if the person was knowledgeable on locks and deadbolts. A young guy came down and said he didnt know much and was honest with me.
Thing is i waited about an hour, pushed the help button near the key cutting station twice. The same young kid came down and could only say sorry to me. 3ed time he tried to help and at that point i went through 4 different youtube videos and still got nowhere.
To be told someone who knew about locks was going to assist me, and be down to help me ended up not showing and probably left for the evening. And the young man being uneducated did not even attempt to call someone for further assistance.
Again im an understanding person. But when it comes to security, i got questions and i appreciate the young guys honestly thay he didnt know much about the locks. But came down 3 separate times and didnt make an effort to look for the person to assist me and kept his distance away caz 3ed time the bell stopped asking for assistance and i found this guy around the corner kindof hiding..
I ended up jusr picking a few deadbolts and went on my way.

Don’t ever work here don’t even apply here! Let alone shop, they do not treat certain employees the same as other’s favoritism and a lot more! They are careless and ignorant if I could give zero I most definitely would! They don’t deserve that either

Drove an hour to this store because I was told they had a particular wood floor planking in stock. When I got there, they didn’t have it though it was still in their system. Not the first time this has happened with this particular store.

Everything went super. Ally was amazing!!!! When attempting to initially pick up my item. Ally and I noticed damage to the product. Ally was extremely understanding and helpful in ensuring I got an undamaged product. Ally's kindness and professionalism were incredible! She is the epitome of customer service.

One of the biggest but also one for the busiest I've been. It was frustrating to even find a blue cart. The staff is helpful but some of them seem like would prefer to be somewhere else. It's easy to get the wrong thing because people put the items back in the wrong places so you have to double check everything.
It's a huge store with the tiniest checkout so lines can be long. Parking is big but for some reason confusing and messy. I'll come back here only if necessary.

Supposed to pick up an order yesterday. Just says delayed. Can't seem to speak to anyone. Phone just rings and rings. I guess since its' all self check-out now, no one answers the pnone either!! DO BETTER LOWES!!!

Waited long for someone to unlock wire cage to buy. Pressed help button twice. when I went to the front of the store to get someone lots of employees seem like they were doing very minimal work.
