2 stars for the color! Was very upset that they went into my bank account and took over $300 out of my account for being a no show!! When the truth was they had my email address wrong and when I asked for an appointment card so I would remember that I had an appointment with them in 6 weeks. She said don’t worry we will email you and call you. I got nothing.! They had no right doing that! This was last year!

Today was my first time at Live Salon. I went in for blonde highlights over my auburn hair. Sarah was amazing and took the time to look at the pics I saved on Pinterest to see what I wanted. It turned out beautifully. I will definitely be going back.

Jaelynn is amazing! She is always so friendly and inviting. More than anything, I cannot express enough how much I appreciate the fact that she listens to what I am looking for and makes a plan with me there and then on how to get there. She explains the process and what to expect for costs and a timeline. Live Salon is a great environment if you are new to coloring your hair and want to get the full experience for your money. I’ve never been to another salon with such transparency, integrity, AND humility!

Bianca is amazing. She did my eyelashes and extensions for my wedding. She also cut my 4 yr old daughters hair for her first hair cut! When I go to this salon I feel like I’m sitting with friends in a living room chatting! The entire vibe of the salon is fun and upbeat.

I went on Saturday for a cut/color/extensions. Amanda was so helpful in the process of finding the right extensions for me and did an amazing job on my hair. Great playlist, great conversation and a super cute and comfortable environment. Won’t be going anywhere else for my hair from now on.

I have been going to Live Salon for quite sometime now, the atmosphere of the place is beautifully put together, the staff is amazing; always helping one another with clients and so on. I usually have Vanessa do my hair, because she is my cousin and knows the ins and outs of what is best for my hair needs. I recommend Live Salon to anyone who is interested for recommendations ?

This was my first time at this salon. I saw Sarah for my first lash lift and tint. Not only was Sarah very informative, she was extremely welcoming as well. Sarah made my day, I love love love my lashes!!! She definitely made a repeat customer!!!

The service I've received here has been very good. However, a customer cannot tip the employees on a credit/debit card. The options are a cash tip or independently going into Venmo to send a personal tip. The receptionist explained to me that the owner does not want to pay taxes on tip money, so she does not allow her employees to be tipped in a typical way. I'm sure the IRS will catch up eventually, but for now I won't give another dime to a business owner who doesn't feel she owes the community a fair tax burden, and effectively limits the tips her staff receive. Full offense, but don't open a small business if you don't feel its fair to pay taxes.

I came to this salon a few weeks ago for the first time and I was disappointed. The girls complained the whole time I was there about the toilet, washer and dryer breaking down. I thought it was very unprofessional! The girl I had, when she washed my hair she didn't wash it great and I went home and had to wash my hair again because there was still color on my scelp that was dry and flacking, also itching. I also got six pieces of tinsel and all but one fell out the same week of getting them in. Money wasted.

Vanessa was great. She listened to me even though I didn't make sense but she cut it exactly how I wanted it.
