Really good experience here. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Dr. Craft really took his time looking at my cat Miko who has had issues with a rash. After a few days of his recommended treatment, my cat’s rash looks so much better. Their prices are really reasonable as well. Highly recommend this place.

All of the staff care for both the human and the pets no matter the situation!!! Their empathy makes our visits easier!!! Getting all the vaccinations our pet needed was easy and painless every time.

Took my dog for the first
time to Hannastown Vet Clinic, the staff was wonderful!!! Dr Taylor was very thorough, listened attentively to all our needs as he requires special attention, and she was not pushy in having us make quick decisions about his health. I highly recommed their service.

Stay away at all costs! Will lecture when they are wrong and staff is incredibly RUDE! I am so disappointed that this is who Dr. Beam sold his practice to. Do better!

I just wanted to come on here and say that I am incredibly impressed and GRATEFUL for how kind, caring, and compassionate the staff is. What started as a stressful experience ended in an almost relieving outcome. Dr. Honigmann is amazing. She answered all of the questions I had and is clearly more concerned about the wellbeing of your pet over the amount of money that you spend unlike other vets. I'm so glad that I brought my cat here and will continue to go to her. I can't recommend this place enough.

I just want to say how thankful and grateful we are. We had to put down our cat Lucy recently and it was devastating to my wife and daughters. You guys were so kind,compassionate and understanding it blew me away. It made the grieving process much easier and everyone there was amazing!!! They even sent us a hand written sympathy card after. I would give them a million stars if I could!!! Thank you for being so wonderful to my family and myself.

I previously used Doctors Beam and Lint for over thirty five years and never had a problem with them. These vets took over and from day one I had problems. I had three friends who left and urged me to do the same but I tried to work with them. From day 1 it was all about unnecessary tests and costs. They would only send out emails on fluff stuff like Happy Father's Day but important stuff like scheduling an annual appointment I never heard from them and then they would say we contacted you which never happened. i would call in and never receive a call back. When you did get them on the phone vet techs were rude and immediately without knowing who you were would say we called you back and you did nothing. Every time I went there were so many unnecessary tests performed and the cost was outrageous. Routine prescriptions I would get for an ear problem required me to come in every time and pay. Dr. Beam and Lint identified the problem nd for flareups would just write up the prescription. In fact the new vet we went to did the same thing. I also had a problem with the flea medicine and it took me going to them, pointing out the problem once and for all before they addressed it despite me telling them of the problem at least three times before. Vets should care about animals. They need to make a living and I understand that. However they should still care about the animals they serve. I was never so disappointed in a medical facility like this one. Please stay away if you love your animal.
