“I brought in a pair of sketchers I wanted resoled and heeled. Ron understood my desire to keep my " EWW " 4E width leather uppers. He examined them, confirmed the job could be done then explained the process, showed me the soles and heels he would recommend ( even offered me a choice ) . I also required additional arch support, all work was completed in a couple days. Other repair places stated 2 weeks for soles and heels alone. Cost was reasonable ( all work was less than others soles and heels quotes ) I am extremely satisfied and will be bringing all my leather goods in need of repair and service.”
