My husband spent $80 on this for our mother's birthday. And they also called in the am day of delivery that it could not be delivered due to staffing issues. The florist is 3 blocks from the delivery location. Never again

This is a review or not what I bought, but what I was given. Having a rough day, I went to the flower shop to buy myself a flower. Didn’t have enough money to get what I wanted but the employee and a gentleman made sure I got one. The employee (owner?) came out of the shop to where I was getting into my car and gave me the flower . Thank you for the random act of kindness. To say you made me feel better is an understatement.

Inconsistent with flower presentation. Either looks like what you ordered online or missing half the flowers. Also prices do not match online prices. My husband ordered flowers and they called saying it till be $40 more but actually they charged $80 more than what was expected or called about.

I am an only child and pressed for time with ordering flowers for my fathers funeral. Not only was I emotional, I had no idea what to even order. They had sympathy, provided the best service, and delivered a quality product in short notice. I can’t thank them enough!

The owner could not have been ruder. I prefer to support small/local businesses but I will never shop/recommend this florist to anyone. The clerk,Becky, was very nice and did a nice job with what wasn’t “already sold for prom”.

Hit or miss. The Valentine's Day flowers, that I sent to my wife at work, did not have a red bow. Also, half of the flowers were missing. To make it clear, I did not send one of the more over priced "Valentine's Day" bouquets. But the customer should be aware of what to expect and what they are paying for!

Absolutely wonderful service! Ordered flowers out of state to be delivered to a family member. They went above and beyond to get the delivery correct. Very kind people. Beautiful arrangements. Highly recommend.

I wanted to send flowers to my step-daughter for her birthday. I selected Joseph Thomas Flower Shop thinking they were good and reliable because they have been in business a long time. I specifically chose orange lilies because they are her favorite flower. What she received was nothing like the photo I saw on their website. I was very disappointed and honestly embarrassed by what they sent her. When I reached out to the flower shop they ignored me and gave no response whatsoever. If substitutions were needed I should've been given the option to allow them or cancel the order. Never will I use them again.

It’s not often that I order flowers to be delivered to another city and feel like I got my money’s worth. This company did an outstanding job! I feel like the flowers delivered were even prettier than what I picked out online. Very pleased with Joseph Thomas Floral. Sincere appreciation.

The flowers that we received were beautiful. Getting the flowers was a pain. I ordered online to have delivered the next day. The delivery driver proceeded to call the recipient to ask if anyone would be home. I don’t know why they wouldn’t call me before they called her. My girlfriend couldn’t answer the phone, she was at work. She tried calling back around 4 o’clock and the phone just kept ringing. Then, she called again and the phone said “line busy”. So, no flowers on the day they were supposed to be delivered and now my girlfriend knows the flowers are coming. Day 2: I tried calling 3 times and every time the line just kept ringing. I called back around 3:30 and finally someone answers. The delivery arrived around 4:30 on the second day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING ONLINE FROM THIS SHOP.
